Several thoughts:
From reading the reports, it occurs to me that both players play the game in their heads before they play it on the map. This is something I still can't do.
Defenses? Defenses?! We don't need to show you no stinkin' defenses!!!!!
Rapid expansion and map control still make zerg the equal of any other race.
Marines in the open field are just worm food on the hoof. Without bunkers, marines aren't even as cost effective as zerglings.
The reporting was very clear. But a little dry. Consider these two reports of the same event:
1. The Broncos scored a touchdown.
2. The crowd is cheering. Stomping their feet. The sound of thunder rumbles through Mile High Stadium. Thirty five seconds remain on the clock. There's the snap. Seventy five thousand screaming fans jump from their seats as Terrel Davis plows through the line, Oakland defenders hanging all over him. DID YOU SEE THAT?!! Terrel Davis has just willed himself across the goal line. I can't believe it!! The officials are signalling touchdown! Only 23 seconds remaining, and the Broncos have taken the lead.
Sorry. Got carried away. Again. I can amuse myself for hours this way.
