| Dood maybe you could have won that game if you had gotten the mines upgrade instead of the speed upgrade. Remember when you fight zealots with vultures to mine choke points and constantly mine, run, shoot, run. If you use your vultures to their full potential, you can handle large numbers of zealots effectively. Try to take screenshots during the battle and also try to report on recent games which you still have fresh in your memory. It's ok if your first report isn't as good as "The Gayest FFA ever", but over time you should get better. Don't pay attention to these guys that are insulting you. |

| Ya, thats what I was going to do with my vultures. Hit and Run tactics but before I could get them out and attack the z's had already attacked me and I was contaimed in my base. Oh well, thanks for the tip. |

The problem with vultures is the intense amount of micro required to actually fight with any regard to cost-effectiveness. On paper, vultures own zealots, but if I'm fighting a large number, give me the M&M's every time. (with healthy doses of firebats)
This wasn't really a battle report. It was more like Cliffs Notes. ;)

Its ok Jedi some ppl forget that they were(and some still are)newbs.
As for the game you could have lived through that if you got mines instead of speed simply go to the terran base have all your vults selceted and set a mine in one spot at their choke.
After that you can micro enough vults without the speed upgrade with hit and run tactics.

| Does the speed upgrade improve the acceleration? Because if it doesn't then the speed upgrade actually hurts you because the vultures have to take more time to slow down. |

| I hope you're joking, Mr. Spellchecker. In every other English-using country but ours, defense is spelled with a C, not an S. Granted, we're America so we're obviously doing it right (j/k), but before you pick at your S's and C's you should make sure you know the deal. |

swift attack or assault. <B>2.</B> Charge. <b>3.</B> To attack someone
in the first 2-5 minutes of playing <i>Starcraft</i>.
If your opponent was "rushing" with 30 zealots, one of a few things were happening:
1) He has a new hack that allows him to build up that many forces within 5 minutes.
2) Your concept of the passage of time is lacking.
3) Hotkeys are a difficult concept for you to grasp.
4) Your definitition of <i>rush</i> differs from the definition everyone else in br.com/nohunters has.
Try not to post a report on a battle fought months ago - post these things from a fresh perspective (unless you have a photographic memory/notes on the battle).
Read the reporting guides. They are there for a reason! =p |
