first of all, that report sucked!
now, i had a guy do that on shareware where i couln't build a refinery cuz he built a bunker next to the gas geyser.at least it's better than offensive refinery. then i tried mass marines and overwhelmed the bunker to finally set up a refinery. (i already expanded and had gas at my expansion so i wasn't to far behind in gas).
