What's with this pylon on 8 stuff? If your normal toss build is pylon on 8 then you need to change it. Pylon on 7 is the best for your economy. A pylon on 8 will not finish before you hit your nine supply limit and you'll have to stop building probes until the pylon finishes its warp.
A pylon on 6 is a good build if you know zerg is rushing.
Other than that, you had some pretty good stuff in here. Nice writing, nice descriptions of tactics.

Dref - pylon on 8 is better. ask any good player, pylon on 8 is better.
if you do it right you only have to stop building probes for about 3 seconds - making it worthwile |

hmmm, hadn't heard that. Last I heard, pylon on 7 was better... Have to test it out I suppose. I have used pylon on 7 since I don't know when... :(

| yeah i used pylon on 7 for a long time until i read somewhere that top players do it on 8 ... and it helps your econ, and is better |

| Actually you should make your pylon while your 8th probe is warping in and at the exact moment you get 100 minerals. By the time the 8th probe pops you'll have another 50 minerals and when that probe pops your pylon will be done. So it's really like 7.5 pylon. |
