looked like 500 pix to me.. maybe even a little less.
This report is really very good. The middle section is centered. I don't know if this was intentional or not. The pics are kind of thrown in all over the place but I kind of liked the effect. It probably looked a bit different on my comp cause of my font size etc. Anyway, good work. |

anyways, sheesh i'm on 19 inch and 1200 x 800 or whatever, and i had to scroll 2 inches in each direction (so i didn't read it)
and unlike WWC3, the 'throw the pictures all over the place and let them fend for themselves' effect was not liked by me.
we don't all have 942 inch monitors running 92451x53282 resolution

Grimling stop being so lame, every other time I am in the channel you are spamming your ass off for someoen to battlereport you. Battlreports from here aren't even mentioned on the larger sites.
Actually, I think JV should send some of the best ones ( 9 - 10 ) to starcraft.org and such. That would increase hits to the site, although it would almost definately bring more spammers.

| Ok first of all my monitors only 17" so I don't think thats the problem. I think its just because I have large font which means that there is more lines of text between the pictures. What probably happened was in small font mode, there aren't enough line between the pics so a bunch of them ended up on the same line which weren't supposed to be. This is probably caused the report to be ultra wide on some screens. On mine its only 500 pix like I said which would show up right on any monitor, any screen settings as long as the font size was right. |

What William failed to mention is that he is running a server with 50 Athlon boards on his 17" monitor so that he can actually view his own reports without his computer crashing. So viewing reports with less resource eating abilities causes his computer to freak.

I feel that i should explain myself a bit with the leather and whips and shit that i talked about at the end. IN NO WAY are those comments meant to be taken as my own personal experience. Pifall simply mentioned S&M (scv and medics) and I thought of the bondage type sexual stuff. You see, i myself dont partake in such nastyness but I did this this episode of Jerry Springer where they had these people who talked about this stuff and they had photos and shit and Goat asked me what S&M was cuz I typed "lol" when Pifall said it so i was trying to explain to him that S&M was this type of sexual thing where the people (not me) like to. . .
sigh. You guys dont believe a word of that, huh? :P

Pifall,
The report fits on my screen... barely. I think its a little wide, but that's my opinion.
Another problem I had was the font color you chose. I think it was a little dark for a black background.
The images were a little crazy. It looked like you weren't using Align inside your image tags.
Finally, the game was a total beatdown. Zerg outresourced terran 4 to 1 and terran never expanded :(
Having said all that, the writing was actually pretty good and you did choose your screen shots well. I would say, organize the layout better and pick a better game.

I found this site through starcraft.org about 3 months ago and I've been coming here almost every day since. I've read hundreds or reports. There should definately be a link from the bigger starcraft sites to this one, it's definately a good way to waste my time instead of doing something like school work.
