Then, as Shockwave was attempting to explain the intricacies behind the splash damage model to Rapser, a whiny little kid interrupted, "Hey, I just wanted to make sure I got a line in the story. BTW, 'Hi mom'!"
"Who's *THAT*?" exclaimed Rapser in disgust.
Without a word, Shockwave walked over to HolyAnarchy's seat. "Did I tell you that I'm proficient in six martial arts and am currently one of the black belt instructors at MIT?" Shockwave said casually. Without hesitation, he yanked HolyAnarchy's hair and smashed him through the computer screen, so violently that his entire head was left buried in the monitor neck deep. Glass shattered and flew outward in violent force, and the sickening sound of flesh sizzling issued as electricity coursed through HolyAnarchy's face. The poor boy convulsed a few times like an entangled string puppet, then went limp.
Satisfied, Shockwave stepped back, grabbed the sides of the monitor, and heaved on it with tremendous force. The monitor spun like a top and the shattered glass monitor cleanly decapitated HolyAnarchy, spraying blood profously against the walls, against the other occupants, against Shockwave, as the monitor whirled to a dizzying rest.
"Now, Rapser, you know why the walls are blood red," Shockwave explained. "Anyone else want to say 'hi' to their mom here in the comments section?"
:-) Fortunately, I only get psychotic during my story writing :-).

Shock that seriously owned. Its nice to know that Mark4's statue rubbing fan base (<i>that I created</i>) has not fallen into complete obscurity. Because you included that, I won't hold you accountable for not mentioning me in your story... ;-)
This chapter was, like the rest of your story, very well written.
I especially liked this quote:
"<i>It's sorta like morality - you might know everything about how to live a good life, and may try your best, but in the end you'll fail compared even to your own standards and be condemned for that.</i>"
Anyway, this was a great intermission, you will be continuing I assume?
