Ug...my first time getting reported on and the two opponents turned out to be extremely newbie. I usually would have just left that game after initial scout reports but with reporters onsite I stayed.
Only thing I can say is that it is worth it to be polite to new players. Everybody was there at some point. Especially in a channel like BW 1000 where it is advertised as an open channel for mannered people regardless of skill level. It might however be worth it to politely advise people to create "2v2 Newbie" games in cases like this. Its no fun to anybody when the skill levels are this mismatched. Even an Ultralisk rush loses its appeal :)

I'm afraid I'm going to have to agree with most of the other comments that this isn't a great BR. However, I like your writing style, and I bet that if you were given a better game, and you really polished your report, you could pull in a 7 or 8. Read the Reporting Guides on how to use pics, and also HTML. All in all, you need more work, but there is definitely potential.

| What I meant was, Mogalin, that I spent a lot of time CAPTURING the pics so I could put them in my report. After selecting five out of 40(no j/k), I was overwhelmingly dissapointed that either I(probably) or br.com(yeah, right) made a mistake in uploading the image. An hour for a 1 rating, i bet. |

Ah yes, the evil auto-br tags. They've screwed me over once too. Anyway, I thought that the report was well written, but the crappy game, short length, and messed up pictures kinda killed it.
If you BR a crappy game, make sure it's a FUNNY crappy game. Don't get me wrong, there were some funny parts, but not enough to pull up the rating.
Keep working on it, and don't get discouraged because of one lousy rating. If I had, I wouldn't still post here (go search my name and see). Besides, you've already gotten more comments than I ever have on a single report. =/ |

While not great, good effort...
If the game is bad either because it was over quick or because the players were newbies, substitute a theme or massive humor for content. I imagine a quick short game that is hilarious to read is >> than a long report that is very dry.
You have pontential, just keep working. My first report wasn't that sexy either. |
