<li> The fact that you fucked the tables tells me that you didn't learn anything while attempting to pull this. Which is sad in itself.

Erm... Anyone can get any displayed HTML code. That's it. There's no corporate conspiracy to steal X's creative outlet(s). HTML is just a medium, like paper, not an artform. The art is what's displayed with that HTML, just like the art would be on the paper, not the paper itself.
If you want something to stay hidden, then hide it. Use included files, SSA's, anything. But don't crap all over people just because they saw something they liked and emulated it while learning...
I say again: HTML is nothing special. If he'd used a particularly nifty Jscript function you'd written, then I'd understand.
