Nice report. Good collages with lots of action in your pics. The text was pretty good too. TvP is my favorite matchup to read about.
One small sugestion, you're better off with left justified text, centered text just doesn't look right.

Hmm... good clear writing, but the graphics needed some work. I'd suggest not trying to be so fancy with the pics. The collages in particular were confusing. There was one near the beginning that made me think droped had put a depot at the bottom of his ramp, and it took me a while to realize that it was actually two separate pictures, with the supply depot on one and the ramp on the other. Simple pics are easier to understand and don't distract the reader from the story.
Some minor issues with tyops and misspeelings, but nothing serious. Otherwise, very nice report! I look forward to more.

The collages were confusing. They're a nice visual effect, but it's hard to discern what exactly is going on. One or two full screenshots of the action without overlaying would probably be better. If you're going to overlay, put borders at least around each distinct picture.
One note in terms of the game: I've had a LOT of success with the goon + shuttle front-door attack. However, I go with 4 zealots in the shuttle intead of 2 goons. You drop the zealots on top of the high-ground tanks, and the tanks turn to fire on those and also get obliberated pretty easily by the tanks. There is really no reason to drop 2 goons on the tanks, they take a lot more damage from tank hits and have a lot less damage potential.
The way I anti-Terran these days is to go 2-gate goons (harass the choke but don't lose *any* goons, you'll often be able to kill one marine if he's stupid and charges the goons with his 3-marine standing force), then tech to citadel and robotics. Get speed out of the citadel ASAP, load up 4 zealots, drop the 4 zealots on the high ground tanks and then charge in the goons at the same time. I'm 2-0 with this against very competent players :-), it's easy to stop if you see it coming but almost nobody has vultures or marine/bunker at their high ground expecting a drop up there. |
