It is rare that I actually comment on a BR and tell them what I thought about it but since im bored ill comment on this one....
I believe this BR was extraordinarily well written and has good graphics (as much as I can say). The only thing that caught my eye the most was.. ummm the Bulbous sized pictures. I think its easier for readers to see the whole entire picture in actually ONE screen. In my opinion its much easier that way so u can concentrate on the portrait that is in front of you. (j/k on the last comment) It was a good br overall, range is 7-10, I give 8-9. Good luck my friend. This br was very nice. It's definitely better than I could do (considering I've forgotten most of the HTML I know).
One thing about the game, I'm surprised Lucky didn't just destroy the expansion with his first nuke by EMP shockwaving the space between the Nexus and Assimilator. I've destroyed a whole main like that before, very effective.

I don't understand how toss lost this game. The only way I can figure it is lack of troop production. There is just no excuse for a toss player to lose to infantry in the late game. :(
To me, the game wasn't that close. The fact that toss's buildings got beatdown so badly with no response or effective counter and the huge differentiation in unit scores shows poor decision making on the part of the toss in what should have been a much closer game due to the equality of resource intake.
As for the report itself, I would suggest cropping your collages a bit more to cut down on d/l time. This took quite awhile to load and I'm at work so that's saying a lot. Also, a smaller text size would probably be a good idea.
Wow, so much criticism. But that's what you want right? It was a mildly entertaining report for me, but not entertaining enough for gold in my humble opinion. 6.

the toss was expecting metal. in fact, the only reason that terran didn't go metal was because of the offensive gas. maybe if terran had gone metal, toss would have won...
i didn't find the font size a problem, weird.
oh well, a 6. thats not THAT bad, is it?

| Wow... mage, you really put too much emphasis and hardly any on emp. EMP saved the day for me, because with late game terran vs toss (if the terran is going infantry), it comes down to templar. Heartcutter's 'deep six' strategy (what i was using cuz of gas) calls for claoked ghosts to eliminate high templar. I thought gas was a waste of gas, and i already had a few vessels... why not emp? I took down the mineral only so easily, only because i got all 4 defending templars in a single blast, cuz without storm he couldn't compete. First time i tried it he had psi storm. I got raped! When i did the 16 m/m drop on the expansion, lack of psi stormers let the little stimmed guys tear down the nexus and probes before being defeated. When templar showed up, i lost. Are you seeing a pattern here? Those 'homicidal probes' that got my marines. What were they doing in the mineral line? blasting emped templar, make sure they dont recharge :]. You didn't give enough credit to us, made it look like he was owning me early when i was the one putting pressure on him, and made it look like he rolled over ever since i got his natural. The nukes? Those did nothing! i was hoping to make him nervous to expand with them. He didn't take any more expansions on the 6, but that might not be cuz of the nukes. You missed a lot here, if you made it look close like it was there's no doubt you would have got at LEAST an 8. When you battlereport, REPORT it, dont just put it together because you saw nukes at the end |
