Short.
I get the general idea of who and what Tassadar is about, but there is basically no character development at all for Khas. With that, I can't really say which direction he would go.
I think for storyline he should go home. And this is way cool for me to say this since part two is already written!

One of the reasons Tassadar was in conflict with the conclave was that he allied with the "Fallen Ones". But, after that cerebrate was destroyed the Conclave simply apologied to him.
Tassadar always did the right thing to do.
Do anyone of you remember how Raynor got into the Protoss game ? He was with Tassadar when the Conclave wanted to arrest him. I belive his relation with Raynor had something to do with his refuse to destroy the terren world. And without Raynor, the protoss would never destroy the Overmind.
khas'andro should go with Tassadar.
