Real nice br.

Actually, it was I who proposed the cc on 14 build for terran after watching some replayes of silentstrike doing it. However I ONLY suggested using it vs exping zerg. Tiamat took a pure idea and... well you saw what he did. I personally think that fast cc by terran is an invitation for toss to expo like a madman after the initial goon rush.

waoooo great br man :). that one pic in particular of the templar surrounded by storm and explosions was so fucking cool ;);)

on another note, im afraid double cc does indeed lose to an all-out, well-microed goon rush from 2 gates with early range. unless the terran either bunkers, makes lots of marines, or has godly godly godly micro.

woot! So apparently mines are insufficient to stem the protoss ground onslaught. What I don't get is, why didn't Tiamat change tactics when it was evident he wasn't going to win with a pure ground push? Hmm... maybe it wasn't that evident tho. Hindsight is 20/20, etc.

Loved the addition of "zug zug" in the double CC pic. Double CC really is quite crazy.

Once again, templar own everything :) gg, great report, and may the force be with you.

YES!!!! See what happens when you try to out econ the God of Macro?? Right when Tiamat found out Test was going for 6 nat, you should have sent everything he had at it.

Because you see, letting Testosterone get economic control is MUCH worse than losing your main :).

Oh, and for the report: muy bien. Because you mentioned me, you getta 9.

Excellent report. I think u need a bit more humor not alt text. also u may want to do something like this with the upgrades:

Testosterone:

1/3

Tiamat:

0/0

u get it.

Ownage report CHJ! Also this reinforces my belief that p beats t. Your alt-text was kickass as usual :)

Niiiice report, and great pictures.

BTW, p>t. There are no strategies that can effectively stop this. While I admire Tiamat for trying, it is much more fun to play as the Pyro is Team Fortress Classic, which is what I have been doing while I (grow old and) wait for 1.08.

And Livingexception is one funny SOB.

Yup every good player I know is telling me too that p>>>t
And one of the best ones I know thinks there's no point of early expanding tvp as terran, because that slows you down too much and the toss can take the whole map uncontested...
#30 [SM]Strega~F[92934]
proxy2.senet.com.au
Wow, 2 gold reports in a row that were both (in my opinion) under-rated. Yours should've gotten a 9.5 in my opinion, simply because I said so. Keep it up.
While I struggle to do anything decent in a BR, you just pull this stuff out of nowhere. My hat would go off to you, except I'm operating out of a cardboard box and had to take my hat into Cash Converters. =(

Breeze, letting Testosterone get map control, especially with Toss, is like stepping in front of an oncoming freight train. Or standing insdie an exploding building....

Or trying to make Fractal Wave get AIM.

finally had a chance to read this bad boy,

was wonderful, you did excellent on both the big and small details, the writing owned, it flowed so smoothly, and the pics only helped enhance the writing (which is what it most definatly should do *me writes that down*)

yah, once I saw him go double CC i should of taken a different course of action, i kinda slacked in begging b/c i didnt give tiamat enough credit

was a very fun game to play, and you portrayed it like that

gogoogog

excellent report CHJ, btw i like the black bg :), i LOL at the "test has his own special way of clearing minefields" or whatever it was, i rarely laugh at something on the internet (except when POA brings up 80's songs) but i did at that

Oh I see, when _I_ propose the dual CC strat a month ago it's no good (even though it worked) but when someone ELSE does, they get the credit and it is hailed as a good idea? Bah! I hate you all!

Kick Ass report! CHJ you own, godly reports! Hopefully I can be in more of them soon! That Templar pic was godly! Keep up the good work.

Comments on the game...

My basic tech route was to go tank/vulture/ghost and then get more dropships and take the middle. One important note that CHJ might have not explained well enough was that all I could make most of the game was mineral only units :( so i was surpised I lasted as long as i did. I really only mined 1.5 gas nodes by the end of the game because 1) those goons stopped my island attempt, and 2) that damn HT on my cliff. If i would have been able to grab at least 1 more gas it probably would have been a better game because i would have had access to more tech routes.

GG test. oh yeah, on a side note my and test played 2 more games after this one. me P him T and I won pretty basic and the second one was a tripped out TvT :) I think I won with like a barrack and some starports left :) so at least I can say I am 2-1 for the series :) GG all around.

CrackHead keep these godly reports coming man, you are keeping the community alive with these. I vote CHJ hall of fame!

Oh yeah one more comment, probably what cost me the game was those damned DTs, Test made a great move in creating them, as I could not afford making SVs due to him getting my gas all the time, I was doing everything i could to keep up with tank production. I was hoping that the mines would deter DTs, but I guess not :( Those DTs really did cost me the game though because I lost at least 7 tanks in the middle and 3 expansions, both 9's and most of my 12 Min only. Gayness DTS!! Oh well great game Test, you got your temple tactics down, lots of mean tricks in the mid game. (damn HT)

This battle report proves nothing!
Tiamat from FF1 could take Phil Hartman in a fight!

or Lich for that matter.

but Kary and Kraken are pussies. Jon Lovitz would rule them.

What are you talking about. Lich was easy, and Kraken was pretty tough. At least from what I remember from 12 years or so ago....
