Second non-author. Well written, didn't notice any grammar errors, but I failed English, so don't count on that for much. Title is misleading though. Black bg was good. Too wide though. Makes it crappy to read on my 8X6 screen.

Well, this was pretty good. The title pic was a bitmap though, and that brings back too many painful memories (check out my second ever report to see why). I personally think that there wasn't enough writing and that you relied on the pics too much, but the raters might think differently. As Shadow Arc said (I'm not going to type your name how you have it, that is beneath me!) the grammar and spelling was good. I don't think I saw any major errors at all (final year English student) so that will definitely increase the rating. I'd say as a guess, low gold (7 or 7.5).

| Well, I didn't have any problems with loading it, but by the looks of the comments, the bitmaps really killed the 56kers. I was going to upload the title image as a JPEG, but it really takes away from the picture quality (as you might notice in the rest) and I figured seeing as it's the title image and all, it should at least have decent quality. |

| What image program do you use? With Photoshop there shouldnn't be much difference if you use jpeg. I doubt there is much even with Paint :) |

Anyway, how good it looks depends on the compression... In most image programs, you can adjust that, with lowest compression the difference is very small and the pic is still a LOT smaller than a bitmap. |

| The battle itself was pretty nice (short and sweet come to mind) and the writing worked well, especialy when the pics accented it. For any reporter this will be a good one. It's especialy good since this is your first. Keep it up :) |

Pretty good considering it's your first report, the only problem is that you killed your BR by saying "this match was going to suck". When you say that, it just makes people think that, and takes away from the game.
The picture quality was a little funky, looks like you tried to enlarge them or something, you shouldn't have that problem unless you are using paint, and if you are, find some freeware paint program off the net, or a demo for psp or something similar.
On the same topic, some of the pictures were a little wide (and big). Even while running at 1280 x 1024, I had to scroll sideways a bit to see the full pictures, I can't imagine what it would be like on 800 x 600.
Anyway, enough critism from me, nice report, just watch your picture sizes and maybe grammar (even though that's not my specialty, so I could be completly wrong).

I used MS Paint for the pics. (I know...next time i'll get and use Adobe Photoshop)

| I know, I know!! Sorry!! This was my first report, and I had no idea the pictures were gonna be THAT huge. The pictures are what made the screen so wide. As for the DarkGray text on a black background...what's wrong with that?? |

Not bad, but too many pictures where not enough was going on including that huge picture of the scores at the end. The report was too wide and I had to scroll side to side to read it and the text was fairly abrupt.
Concentrate on fleshing out your story a bit next time and don't make your pics so wide... :)
