It wasn't precisely outstanding, but its a good solid read. And you know I probly prefer it to Blaze's recent reports, because unlike them I actually finished this report. Whenever I was about to read his it suddenly seemed like a chore and I went to do something else, but this was nice and enjoyable and easy to get into and out of. Just like Starcraft is.. and one of the reasons SC is better then, say, AoK. |

Thanks to everyone for the positive comments. I will address issues brought up in this comment section.
I do not want to suffer reporting burnout again, so I plan to release a report every two weeks. The torrid pace that I was on before simply destroyed my enthusiasm for reporting and playing Starcraft.
For this report, I wanted to ease myself back into the routine of reporting. So that's why I picked a good 24 minute game (as opposed to an epic battle), and I kept only .5 megabytes of image files. Call it CrackHeadJebLite, if you will. Expect more elaborate graphics and longer games in the future, with an occasional report that takes this format.

Additionally, the first rater of this report was ~CattleBruiser~. Keep in mind that I've never talked to ~CB~ before on AIM, ICQ, or battle.net. He has never read or rated any of my other reports. Now, whenever ~CB~ rates, he always (at least recently) comments on a rating range that the battlereport will actually get. Nine times out of ten, ~CB~ is correct. He gave his reasons for the rating, and also gave the range, 8.5-9. WELL, 3 more raters later, the overall rating of the report is still in that range.
I was happy for the (overall) warm reaction of posting a battlereport after 3 months. Your reaction was caustic, though. You are too afraid to yell at the people who you are angry at, so you bitch at me.
Never, ever do that again. I like to think that I am a nice guy, but if someone pushes me, I fucking bite his ear off.

at least, that's not what i meant it to be anyway. I just thought that u did a 7 rated report, 8 at a push, but not 9.
U seem to think i hated the report, not at all, i just think it wasn't particularly better than strega's and especially Erad's reports from a month ago.
It was good, just not '9' material in my opinion, but that's just how i feel, with my own criterea (and that's y i'll never be a rater) but i hope u see my point.
this isn't a personal attack or anything, it never was. Don't make it one and that's cool with me.

It's like breeze's reports, we love the 3d pics and flash, but sometimes it gets a bit old. oh yeah, ling, average rating is a five, it's like the given standard. 7's are the "above standard, needs work" br. Now you know how it is when someone just insults your br without adequate reason, please, don't do this to everyone else. All I know is that confessor vs testosterone should be t vs p. that's all I'm screaming. This reoport however, is very nice. There were parts I wish I could see unit formations better, like a bigger gif of when confessor attacked towards the end with goons/zeal/dt/temp/obs. I have to say the game was a little lacking, after confessor was able to remove the natural of zerg, the power shifted into toss favor HUGE! But hehe nice anyway :O!
