I've never read RBoC, so I won't say anything there. As for Dulce..., I do not remember the rest of it, but the words "Dulce et decorum est, pro patria mori" are patriotic, whether the rest is or not. How is it stupid to praise someone for what they were trying to accomplish? The message is more important than the words used to express it.

Alright, now having reread "Dulce..." while not about ready to fall asleep (Reading right after lunch does that to me), I agree with you. It was an anti-patriotic poem. The phrase itself, lie or not, is still patriotic, even if it is just to drag soldiers into the war. BTW, I will not leave the site, no matter how much you wish I would. The class never went over "Dulce..." so I didn't get to argue either way, and it decided to leave my brain to leave room for the paychecks(breakdowns) I recieve from work. Frost is gay.

I'm not bragging about it. I'm stating it as a fact. As for lying about the poem, I read it almost a year ago, at about 1:15 PM or so. That is my down time, when I'm about ready to fall asleep again, mostly cuz I have no life and play SC all night. Try reading something 5 minutes before you go to sleep and them remember it when you wake up, let alone a year later, without looking at it again. You want to know what's wrong with me?
