That was an okay report. But, you should pick your battles more carefully. Why would you want to play someone who is stupid enough to nuke a couple of zerglings, when you would be able to see the red dot and move them out of harms way? That person was a retard, for wasting minerals on a nuclear attack on a couple of Zerglings. Overall, that was pretty good.

WTF. I saw SC, so I figure, "Hey, this is SC, its gotta be good!" Then I read it. This was bad. It was a money map. Generally in the BR.com and Nohunters communities we don't encourage money maps. I hope it was sarcasm when you said this was the best game you ever played, because no games with money mapping newbs who tech directly to carriers and bcs are good. And you must be stupid too. You sent 8 mutas at a group of gollies? gg fool. You used mutas (in small groups) to fight carriers, instead of hydralisks? gg fool. You wasted JV's bandwidth on that replay? gg fool.
The BR was well written, and you have nice html skills, but next time, don't use a money map plz. Better luck next time. Delete. |

Your writing is greatly improved since the last report. Nice job. The only major downfall of this report is the quality of the game itself. With starcraft reports it's both a curse and a bonus that the game's been out for so long. On one hand, you have a large reader base that understands the game, but on the other hand, it's very difficult to find a match that hasn't been written about before in another incarnation. BTW, if you want to become a better SC player, steer clear of money maps.

I think you'll need to play for a while longer before you get good enough to play a good, interesting game of Starcraft.
This was about as well-done as it could have been considering the skill levels of the players involved. I'm not insulting you here, you're new and there's nothing wrong with that. But most people here have played for years.
Blarg, I think Time's hostility comes partly from the fact that Some_God devoted a whole report to insulting Time. They've been flaming each other nonstop ever since Some_God came here. |

Money maps require tons of skill,like building a large amount of probes...now thats amazing...getting huge clusters of cannons,how do players pull that off?...building rows of pylons then stargates....waow...veterans can only do that...then the hardest part...researching...yes researching +4 interceptors...then que'ing carriers...then handling the extreme pressure of microwing the carriers to build interceptors... not like sc had much micro anyway...cept for vulture versus zeal in early game...and goon dancing...pretty munch all the real micro is in the early game... |

I like to scan BRs before reading,I scanned the words... carriers...bc's...looked at the minimap...a picture of clustered cannons...looked at some comments...8 mutas at a group of gol's? well I have seen mutas easily take out gols,mutas in larger numbers ofcourse...till the terran gets smart and run there scvs to the gols...

I might be wrong, but to 'edit' is to move minerals or something to that effect, such as what they did to balence LT for maps like WTGTemple. Adding starting positions and making it a money map constitutes it as a new map, even if it was still called Challenger. To me, Challenger will always be the good old blizz map, not some trashy money map. =/ |

Like refined dog shit bad? I can't really blame you for being bad at Starcraft after only being able to practice on EE, its nothing compared to SC, but still. Also, I would like to point out that it doesn't take one to know one. In short, even without having posted reports that rival CattleBruiser's, (because I most certainly do not have that ability) I am just as able a judge as the next BR.com goer in gauging reports. For you to tell me that I would get a 1 on all my reports only shows how ignorant you yourself are, for in fact, having never submitted a report to this site, no one really knows what it would get. Because you see, it is assumed no one can see the future. We can only predict, and predictions are faulty due to the millions of factors beyond our comprehension. Anyway, as I often do, I have rambled and completely lost the point of my post, so I will assume I was merely trying to point out how ignorant it was to call me ignorant, when you in fact have no more clue then I do what you are talking about.

Excellent report. Very creative and managed to keep me reading even after I read "nr20". You should continue making reports but hopefully you will choose gosu games on LT. All three of you are clearly newbies, but you have a gift for writing battle reports.
