| I was playing that sh*tty map because of my ally. Did I tell you that the 20+ colonies were outsid the enemy base blocking both oponents from my ally? Well it was, and I'm no newbie. That was my first report. That game was a few days ago so I don't remember much and had to estimate. I don't appreciate your scoring of mine... gimme a break. |

Yeah there are several things you can do on BGH. One is turtle and go carrriers. Another is canon them in and go carriers. Another is MASS ZEALOTS... hehe

Do any of you guys know what a nuke farm is?
A nuke farm is when you make a lot of CCs in rows, simply for the sake of putting a nuclear silo next to them. Now, in team games we do this when we have total map control. But on a map as cash-inundated as BGH, you can just sit at home and make nukes, more nukes, and nothing but nukes. I prefer getting map control first..
And yes, there should be some kind of a warning to BGH players. |

| God damn it I am not a BGH player! I did this for my brother who sux. I did create this game. But I normally play ladders because they are even and challenging. I am also against Mucho-Money games so who ever wants to flame me for that may do so. |

HTML is easy as dirt. Try the following: go to www.dogpile.com
Type in HTML and TUTORIAL in the text box and hit Fetch. This will yield a long list of excellent sites for learning HTML. Many of these sites will also have their own links to other sites. Read. There are also a number of good HTML editors that you can download for free (I'm partial to HomeSite and AceExpert).
It doesn't stop there though. If you have a PC, you probably have access to MS Word. Use it. Spellcheck is a wonderful thing.
Pictures can be obtained by hitting the Print Screen button on your keyboard during a game. This will place a .PCX file in your Starcraft directory.

Side note: One drone per patch is bad, but considering on BGH you have a billion mineral patches.... you should still get more than 1 drone per patch.

Uhm, tanglebones, you should visit the site more often and see all the flames people heap on me =[. Well, mostly Ghost~Lizard accusing me of being some random newbie... It's not like I censor this stuff. I do apply critical judgement in the rating of reports, using a pretty firm set of guidelines, and that I will not apologize for. It is a great enhancement to the site. Any complaints about a reports rating should be reserved until it works it's way down the page some and all the raters get thier crack at it.
And this is not a 1 report. True, it's on BGH and against comps, but it is partially coherent, and the author made a good faith effort to deliver a battle report for your enjoyment. For me this hits the 2-3 range.
Supergeneral, you recieved some harsh criticism here. If you don't let it discourage you and want some advice, here's what I would do for your next one:
o write a report on you next ladder match
o write it in word and use the spell checker, then cut and paste it here.
o reread your report and fix grammatical errors.
o during the game hit printscreen and you'll recieve a message saying screen001.pcx captured.
o after the game go into the starcraft directory, open up the pcx image using a graphics program and save it as JPEG. Edit it for size until it's 50k or less.
o select 1-5 screenshots on the report submission screen
o send your report. A screen comes up for the screenshot submissions. use browse and find the ss's where you saved them. Add a caption. Hit send.
Hopefully you wrote a quality report and have pictures. Enjoy your shiny new silver or gold bengalaas. |

| Reading a battle report is always worth it. Keep on playing (even with you brother against comps and on any map you want to play on) and trying to improve your skills both at player and reporter. |
