Man, this brings back memories. It's been... like... ten years or so since I touched that stuff.
The report was competently written. The only thing I can think of to change stylistically is to us interior tables to have perfectly aligned damage tables, heat point tables, etc. and to contrast the colors on the grid a little to make it easier on the eyes (I don't mind the blue text on the black background).
You want me to rate each part of the report or the whole report?
