1: Open photoshop, open document
2: Find the toolbar
3: Click water drop button (blur tool)
4: put on image and the image will blur

Hmm... fade-out border eh? Here we go, I'll give an easy-to-follow idiot-proof walkthrough:
1-Don't listen to Sabotage.
2-Select the layer you want to put the border on;
3-In the menu go Layer>Layer Style>Inner glow
4-A window will pop up.
5-Set blend to normal for now, you can tinker with this to achieve other effects.
6-Play around with color, size and choke to obtain the desired effect.
7-Move the mouse cursor over ok, and left click once. If you don't know which is left, ask you mom.
8-There u go =D

I don't understand the mentality of people who flame one of the few new reporters attempting to get better.
In any case, this was not bad. Try and ease off on the humour a bit, or modify it a tad. And the pictures ( esp ima nuker stuff ) could have been better. I'm going to say it deserves a 7.5 . . . so I'll give it an 8 for effort and someone else will probably slap down a 7. gw. |
