Not a bad report, all I could give for constructive criticism would be the background on your collages. The first few times it was cool to see some planets behind the battles, but by the end it was just irritating. You could also use less line breakers (<hr>) but that's just knitpicking.
Keep it up, I would much rather read SC reports than make War3 reports :).

In my opinion, I thought pics were rather well done (I'm fond of planetscapes). The screenshots were chosen well, and time stamps on each picture helped me out (even though you included no minimaps...shame). Odd looking Splinter, though.
Writing...eh...aight, the general impression I got is that you are young. The ninja turtles theme, combined with the prevalent run-ons, made this seem rather, um, puerile. But youngsters can't be blamed for being bad writers.
I also thought the game ended in rather a smackdown (17 minutes pvp?), and I could see Socke losing a mile away. As difficult as it may be nowadays, you need a better game to report on. That way, you'll have more to work with.

Not bad, but your pictures were somewhat obscured. Let us see what is going on next time. The timestamps were a good idea though.
All in all, it looked like you were trying to be too fancy. Try to simplify it a bit, and get a less lopsided game.
Good for a first one.

Not bad at all. You might want to work on your collage backgrounds ( I suggest using clear borders when placing multiple images on those planetary backgrounds ). I didn't mind the courier font, it's the commonly used font for manuscripts because it's easy to read, after all. I do agree with making it brighter.
The game wasn't overly great, but your effort warrants a 7. Good job. |

I was like totally expecting a WC3 report and then I so totally didn't get one. Awesome, dude.
This was nice. Short, concise, to the point, kick ass. It deserved gold, as a first report. I enjoyed it--which is all the criteria I need when deciding this report rocked a lot. That is all. |

One thing I noticed immediately besides the aforementioned courier font (which is not only amazingly ugly, but even more amazingly ugly when it's larger than size 10) was the background pictures melded in with the screenshots. Personally I don't think it's a great idea to do this, as you did cover up some aspects of certain battles and also darkened others (I guess the background pics darken the rest of the pic to a certain degree.) Also I hate the damn ninja turtles, and I think that putting that fuckin wolf there was a really bad idea. |

| I'd give it a solid 8, because it was an entertaining review with nice pics and the humorous use of everyone's favorite ninja rat splinter, but it's missing ninja turtles. Where are the bloody turtles? |
