hmm, this was pretty good, although you might get bashed for a being a bit newbie skill-wise. basically because its pretty routine, specially in this community, for toss to go directly to goons for early harassment, and terran to go straight to metal after a wall in. any other way simply puts you at a disadvantage against a good player.

This one looked real nice but i didn't care for the reading too much. I don't even know exactly what it was about it, it just didn't ... "flow". Anywayz toss almost alwayz gets goon first unless they disrupt the block or are going for a 2 zealot reaver drop:/ And Fast M&M can only have a chance if its hidden other wise u probably wont be able to do much since the toss cna defend at choke ezy and they will tech to ... reaver/dt/templar. Marine/scv rush works GREAT though and for some reason most toss just dunno what to do against it. ( wich is take about 9 probes to aid your goons and with some decent micro u will own it and probably win the game:D ) |

Ribbon: I was aggravated by the submitter & acted foolishly. The link on the broke pic is fine but something's still wrong.
OverTheUnder & Mistears: Mann doesn't have the internet & isn't a skilled player, he learnt from the AI & the LAN games we play. He also doesn't play Toss well :)
I need someone who's read good reports (and knows what a good br is) to view my brs before I post.

Hmm. Your pictures were pretty good, good to see use of simple YRM-style speech bubbles. They could stand to be a bit larger. Also, you shouldn't worry about having too many. Just supplement the text when it feels appropriate.
Speaking of YRM - read some of his reports. Or Mark4's. Or even Heartcutter's. Your text could use a little work in helping people to understand how the game is balancing out overall and in communicating your game plan and considerations to the readers.
I dunno about including too many BGH games. That map should be generally relegated to Drefsab-style joke reports or UltraGayFFA Pic Fest (which are better on regular maps anyway...).
I'll give it a 6 or a 7 after mulling it over a bit. |

P.S. Minimap updates were nice, the random highlighting of words was kind of weird.

Wow, I never noticed that until you mentioned. Next time mention that in the beginning that words highlighted in yellow (or another color if you can/do) have alt-text. I thought it enhanced the report and I enjoyed it a lot, even without the novelty of it. :) Just make sure that if you're highlighting the players names in their respected colors, that one color isnt up there twice.
P.S. The pics were really good.

Friendly reminder: Not many people want to read about games like that. Search the web of recent WGT, OGN, etc. etc. etc. games that are highly circulated and talked about.

Alt-text in text. Hmm. BTW, good use of alt-text with your pictures. The comments behind the yellow words probably could have gone straight into the body-text proper.
P.S. Ignore all the mumbling about needing to report on super-gosu players. A game just needs to be competitive. Besides, new writers often write better if they played the game being reported. |

| Errr...yah, now that i think about it, unless you understand what they are doing, reporting a game someone else played isn't that good of an idea. No one wants to read a report on just what's happening, people want remarks, comments, analyzation, etc. So...w/e...GL and maybe report a non BGH game or something. =] |
