enormous thanks to Lucky (aka Dan) without whom this tale would be dead. Lots of love :]
Hope you like it. It's brief, but finally fairly well formatted :] |

Finally got this stinker to work!! Took me about two dozen uploads to finally get a working preview file that links to the actual report. You know, the one where the images aren't broken?
Silly, trivial stuff. But it's 2 AM, so give me a break. Thank god for fileread. Dag, you having notepad could have made this so much easier.
Many thanks to ling for provinding the lovely template on which this report was made. I think this is the first to liberally use your work?
After many, many unnecessarily wasted hours, I approve this report for viewing. But I kinda helped make it, so I'd feel guilty about rating it. ;] |

| Well, with these recommendations: on to read. BTW, I used a Ling template (from his CSS guide) for my report. Only took me a couple of hours to fuck it up. |

| Hey, that was a well-written report, Dag. Really liked it, as expected. GG on the alt-text of the exploding space station. (Look it up yourselves, lamers) |

Thanks guys :)
I agree with JV to some degree, but then I wasn't doing entirely first person. However I'll try and work on that a little for the next installment. Also, I should have mentioned this but I didn't want this rated, being a tale and all and not a serious report attempt :) |

I'm digging it. I'm just angry and sad because I'm #15 and not #3.
I'll get over it eventually. IF YOU WRITE MORE OF THESE. |

Daggy-o.
In some ways I enjoy these a lot more than more factual and classic battlereports - which is the way these tales should go I guess!
It's probably especially good with these games that only a minority of us have actually played; no unit descriptions or facts, just a cool story of jumping around in space.
I liked the formatting (keke) and the pictures - nice job!

| I remember someone asked me why we stopped making the freelancer battlereports. Pitiful comments would have to be a good reason. |

| I was reading along, getting semi-bored, only continuing because I told you I would. Then, all of a sudden, I was enthralled, and then the end comes up on me and I want more! Would have made me happier if you had used title tags instead of alt tags, but that's no biggey I suppose. All in all, I loved it and want to read more so slack off more so you can write plz. ;) |

| I think I liked this just as well as your bigger freelancer brs. In those, it was nice when you explained how each different ship fought and how strong each weapon was etc, but just saying "I blew the fugger up" or "I made quick work of the pirates" in this one tells me the same thing in a few words as you did in a whole paragraph on the other ones. And it must have took less work. Therefore, make more of these. :P |

Only one thing can fix the low commen turnout. Someone insult either an oldschooler or a rater. Preferably both.
