I was surfing through bnet, and couldn't find a game, so I joined a 900 weird ASCII symbol game. I find 3 other players ready to go, and we start, during this, one of them drops off. So it's a 3 FFA. (I didn't think this was going to be a good game, so I didn't take any pics =(

Map : Lost Temple (I would provide a mini-map of this but, come on people!)

The Players/Locations :
bahahaha! (or something like that) : Random Zerg - 12:00
air-army (or something like that) : Chosen Protoss - 6:00
KitNorja : Random Protoss - 3:00

I start the game with my nexus warped in, and four little probes ready to start my war effort. My mission from Aiur - Eliminate any Terran or Zerg presence. Eliminate enemy Protoss tribe.

I set the probes to working, this is a rough draft of my build order:

7 pylon
12 2 Gates, Pylon
15 2 Zeals

and proceed from there.

When my first two zeals popped out, I set them to my choke. I had been pumping probes (of course) the whole time. An assimilator was started for that wonderful vespene gas, and a cyber core started warping in also. When I had 5 zeals and a goon at my choke, I sent a zeal to each start's natural. I found nothing at 6:00 and 3:00, and on my way to 12:00 two zerglings started nipping at the heels of my zealot. The portly young (in Protoss years) zealot turned around and proceeded to kill the enemy. I moved him up past the choke of 12:00, when three sunkens lashed out and killed him in nearly no time. Arg!

I moved my zealot towards 6:00 main when a photon cannon shot hit him square in the nose. He was thrown back, and retreated back towards base, an enemy zealot in chase, but giving up chase once I left his natural.

By this time, I had a forge upgrading weapons (just like my hero AQD3 =), a core getting goon range, and around 7 zealots. I started a nexus at my natural, pretty sure that the ling rush time period was over by now. I started a pylon and two cannons as defense also.

A Citadel of Adun had just finished upgrading my zealots legs, so I sent another to 12:00 and 6:00 natural to check for expansions. I also sent my zealot at 3:00 natural up into the main to see if anyone had gotten there.

Well, of course I found the zerg had expanded to his natural, but oddly enough, the protoss had not.

But then a photon cannon hit my 3:00 zealot in the nose. That's gotta hurt!

Hm. So he had gone with a naked expand to 3:00. There was not much I could do about it right now, I was on my way to templar at the moment, and I was pumping goons also.

My expand was fully functional now, giving me enough minerals/gas to get a Robo Facility and Observatory. I checked the islands first, finding nothing, then snuck one observer around 3:00 main, and the 12:00 natural, to hide on that platform there.

At this time, the Zerg decided to attack. He sent in lings/hydras/and lurkers, and started thwacking my expand. I had observers for the lurkers, so they died rather quickly to goons. My one high templar (at the time) stormed away, severely bringing down the numbers of the enemy. I lost a few zeals/goons, and my defending cannons, but mining continued.

A really REALLY REALLY long period of time without any battles, in which I expanded to my mineral only, got two stargates, fleet beacon (was planning on corsairs), and the structure for arbiters. I love Arbiters =) I had 2-3 control groups of goons, 1 of zeals, 6 corsairs, and 4 High Templar. I built myself 2 Arbiters, and got the stasis field upgrade. I moved down right outside 6:00 natural (I was holding camp at the mineral only). My zeals were in front, templar behind them, and a control group of goons on each side, with the arbiters floating overhead. I slowly move my observer in...

I see 5 cannons, 2 goons, and a high templar before the observer bites the dust. I move my zeals in to attack the first cannon, with support from the first group of goons. The second group of goons starts firing on the next cannon in line. My High Templar storm their hearts away, damaging/killing reinforcements. I stasis fielded the opponent's high templar too =) I got off a storm into the peon line, killing several, and knocked off the unpowered cannons. I killed the nexus, and ran my forces away, willing to keep my troops, and happy that I had few loses, and he no longer had 2 expansions.

[Insert another long pause in the battle for me, in which I saw zerg air dominate 3:00 main].

He had gone heavy air. And there was nothing I could do about it.

I started on upgraded carriers, but only pumped out four, as I was running out of cash, and finally figured carriers were dumb. =) Not sexy, dumb.

Another long pause, in which, protoss was eliminated. I got lucky though, I saw the zerg air gathering below my base, and moved my forces over there, including my now 3 Arbiters. I stasised twice, and killed off what was left, waiting for the others to come out. When they did, I stasised another small group, and killed the remains. I continued this until all zerg were dead, and I had no losses other than a few cannons around my base.

I knew this was a hopeless battle when about 36 cracklings ran into my defenses at my mineral only. Very few losses on my part though, due to I had my arbiters, he had no overlords. I sent an observer out looking, finding a huge group of lings/hydras sitting in the middle of the map.

I would explain more in depth the next part, but it wasn't good. He attacked with all he had, I stasised several times, killed what was left, stormed, killed lots of zerg.

Then I reproduced the losses I had (about 5 zeals and 4 goons). I slowly worked my way towards his main, stormed, and killing with only 1 control group of zeals, and 2 groups of goons, 6 High Templar, 4 carriers, and 3 arbiters (I was 3/2/3 on the ground upgrades, no air). I had 417 minerals left. I couldn't expand without losing it anyways. I sent my excess probes in to try and do a little damage. They ran into a ton of lings, died.

I moved up (eventually) to his main, now without my arbiters or carriers (scourge). He had lots of lings and hydras, and I stormed to the best of my ability, but I lost all of my troops. He was slowly killing my expands with his guardians over the cliffs, and I couldn't do a thing about it.

I conceded. =(

Please review/comment. I know I sux =( I'm like rated 925 on ladder =(

I, of course, came in second because I lasted longer than the other guy =(
