G'Day all! And I bring you this christmas present! Well, after playing a few very fun games of " The 12 days of starcraft " with necro and the gang, I head off looking for a 1on1.
I ask killer if he wants to be my oppenent, and he agrees and I host it up on PGL temple.
Note : The first game was me 12:00 terran him 9:00 toss. I got 12 tanks and 7 vultures pushing up his ramp when we both disc. Rematch is called for.
SSD4 : 6:00 zerg
Newbie.on.comodore64 : 9:00 toss. ( it was really killer )
I select zerg at the last second and selects toss, and away we go! I do my normal power build, but being it half the skill because of no hotkeys *barely* and a mouse that doesnt select. I get 3 hatcherys ( 2 at my exp ) pumping lings, and I see what hes up too. He has 4 cannons, 3 at his natural and 1 on his ramp + a few zeals. I charge 24 lings at him, all zeals die and 2 cannons in the red. I get gas, because my ol showed that he had it. I got 20 more drones for a while, then made a hydralisk den.
I start a lair and get 2 more hatcherys. 1 at my mineral natural and 1 above my main cluster. ( Natural exp).
SSD4'S TIP! : If you see a toss doing x'ds~grrrr... build, before you start laughing, make a ton of hatcherys and power. Speed zeals and storm dont own hydras, im sorry. But, it does when you cant click!*cough* laptop*cough*.
I get about a dozen hydras and attack. He doesnt have speed yet but he has a templar. I take out 2 cannons and all zealots but cannon turtle here has too many cannons.:-D.
I make another 2 hatcherys ( eight ) and pump tons more hydras. After 70 supply, I sit back and make drones from all hatcherys for a minute. I make 2 evolution chambers and DONT start upgrades. Remember, I only upgrade when I start to lose!.
I get tons of money, make another hatchery and make non stop hydras. I attack again, Storm, POP POP POP. Slash, POP POP POP. I couldnt dodge all the storms and zeals, so I lost. Alot of zeals went. I start 9:00 main expansion, and get another load of hydras in 5 seconds:).
SSD4's TIP: If he has early templar, keep on pushing. Templar eventually run out of storm, but if you have good macro, you don't run out of units!:).
I attack again, but AGAIN am foiled by 6 cannons and templar storming me + speed zeals. By now, my S H keys are broken, and I start 1-1 upgrades. At this point, im losing. hehe=[. This happens alot in mid game zerg though, so i'm not worrying too much. I get more hydras, and attack again. About 40 this time. This time, I get farther, and I know he's running out of mana. Only 2 storms were cast, but 20 hydras were casualties of those. It's not fair.. really. I lose 20 hydras and then my hydras lose to the zeals. MAKING ME MAD!!
I often say this :

Hehehe. I am not trying yet of course, because who actually tries vs a nh player? But, I decide to put a bit of skill into my next attacks. I get 2 more hatchery and gather 50 1-1 hydras quickly. I attack. I had them hotkeyed so I could dodge a bit!:). I knock out all cannons, and all units have disappereed from the battlefield except for 5 hydras! wahoo!
They go up the ramp, in to the main but are destroyed by zeals.
But, I had another 30 in 2 seconds almost, im seirous. And I take 9 :00 mineral natural, 9;00 natural, 12 mineral natural. :).
He hasnt attacked me yet, this is why he's losing . At least ghost attacked! HEhehe. I pour more hydras in, I get about 10 left with free reign of his base, I target the nexus and it pops, but then storm wrecks those. I pour another load of hydras into his main and exp, and GG comes from him and I am victorious! Wahoo!!
This will happen until I lose=[. I am not trying for rating, just to get the main points out of the game.
