Lifetime Rating for HolyAnarchy{GK}: 5.8333 |  | Well, hello everyone. I decided that I was bored, and am going to put up a nice battle report on the second game between me and flint.
Map: Lost Temple
Me: Zerg, Up Middle
Him: Protoss, Bottom Middle
After our first game (Flint did a report on this, titled "HolyAnarchy{GK} beats me like a red-headed stepchild) Flint wanted a pubbie bash, but we couldn't find anyone, so we decided on a rematch. We were both random, and got those races. I started in the top middle, and went for my usual power economy. 9 drones, pool, ol, then more drones. After 14 drones on minerals, i made 3 sunkens, which saved my butt. They were positioned so they protected all buildings. In ran 3 zealots. I killed 2 as they passed, but the other got out of range and killed a drone. He went for the others, stepping in range of a sunken. Argh! scremed the zealot, as it's blue life thing left it. Well, I made more drones, then extractor, and put 5 on gas. I made a den soon after, and then 2 lings. I sent 1 out scouting. It never made it past my ramp, where 4 or 5 photon cannons stood. Uh-Oh.

I started a lair, worried about carriers now that i was contained. I was making hydras out of 2 hatcheries, with range and 1 attack upgrade. As the lair popped out, i started on transport, planning a hydra drop. As soon as it was done, I loaded 4 overords with hydras, 1 with lings, and started speed. I floated slllloooowwwwwllllyyyy down to the southern starting spot. Bingo. I dropped my ravenous troops onto his natural, eradicating everything, including the 2 goon warriors that came to defend it. Flint started crying "I suck" and other things, as I smiled. hehe.

I loaded uip and moved to his main, starting a hive and spire at my main. I took out the stuff at his main, losing exactly 1 zergling total. In short, i got a greater spire, morphed 11 gaurdians, and wiped out his cannons, leaving a pylon and being nice, allying with Flint.
o DONT send everything to your forward position! I encoutered i think 2 goons at my drop, then a few more as he started on me.
o DO take your time when your cannoned in. Chances are, they are teching.
o DONT let Flint read this, he'll kill me. Hehehe.
