"These rule. It's like a sitcom, where Aldo is the straight guy and Fox is the street-wise black lesbian with funny lookin' clothes."

Ok, well I really was guilty for getting the game off on a bad foot. I made some really wise-ass comments in the room while we were waiting such as "What are the teams?" and even worse, "Can you give me a second?" So understandably our two rapier witted opponents needed to jump all over us with such clever diatribes as "Do you need me to type slower? H o w i s t h i s? B e t t e r?" I twisted the cap off another bottle of Sam Adams, lit a cigarette and said "Let's go"

I started at 9:00 with Terran (chosen) and my ally started in the lower center with Protoss. Mr. Simpson, my Protoss ally was a gentleman and good sport through the whole game, for the record. We decided on a rush strategy and Mr. Simpson suggested we ignore defense and go all offense. This made me a little uneasy but I agreed and went with 2 barracks, 3 depots and started cranking the marines. With both of us scouting we discovered Moothyloopey as Zerg in the lower left corner, and Upgraded_Probe as Zerg in the upper right. We chose to move on Moothy first.

By the time I had ten or so marines I moved South and Simpson moved in with about 8 zealots. Surprisingly Moothy managed to fight off our first attack. He had a handful of sunkens and about 20 zerglings which I'm pretty sure he was getting ready to rush me with. I had caught a sole zergling scouting me out when I moved in his direction.
I built a refinery, engineering bay and academy in rapid succession. Luckily I had paid attention to my brother Mark4's constant berating about having lots of SCVs and could continue pumping out marines while I was doing this civic improvement work.

I kept sending marines south at Moothy, attacking his peon line but he had rebuilt some lost sunkens and Probe had helped him out with some zerglings so I was relatively unsuccessful. I kept him on the defensive, however, which ended up being very beneficial.

I decided to expand to the mineral patch just south of my main base, still sending marines at Moothy. I was about to give up on this tactic when out of nowhere come about 20 of Simpson's zealots and just walked through Moothy's base. I was sending firebats and medics at this time and it wasn't a pretty scene for the zerg.

As Moothy's hatchery is ready to explode in a bloody heap, surrounded by zealots and marines, we hear the battle cry of the truly honorable opponent Upgraded_Probe. "I knew my ally was a newbie, I quit!". And so it ended.

Lessons learned:

- Dont be afraid to go early offense with the terrans, if you get a few barracks pumping steadily you can pack a real punch.

- You can never have too many SCVs.

- God, it feels great beating loud mouth jerks.
