'The Lost Temple'
Heung[^.^]hkw - Zerg, blue, bottom middle.
Phuckin-Rheyard - Terran, yellow, top middle.
I had a late start with my 9th scv starting my supply depot and my 11th and 12th making my barracks. I realized I had the sucky spot at the top trying to make the best of it, and when my first barracks was completed I clicked to train one marines and started to build a bunker at my ramp-choke point. When the bunker was almost finished eight zerglings ran up the ramp and quickly killed my Scv making the bunker, my marines started to fire at the lings while they clawed at my barracks, but he neglected the marines and sent all of his zerglings into my Scv line. I didn't want to lose my first ladder match so I micromanaged my Scvs to attack and repair each other while taking blows from zerglings. After dispatching all of his small force I started mining minerals and made a bunker next to my command center blocking my Comsat station (panicked). He had ten more zerglings come up my ramp, but he ran around my bunker near my vespene gas.
He started gashing away at my supply depots and refinery so I unloaded my marines from the bunker and tried to lure his zerglings to my bunker in an attempt to relieve the left side of my base from total annihilation, His lings took the bait and went after my marines loading up into their bunker, and were quickly killed. Wanting to have have more of a chance at winning this I bunkered off my ramp and started back on my vespene. I completed my comsat and 2nd factory while he kept on sending multiple waves of zerglings at my main base being killed. I sent onemarine to go do some reconaissance and I located his base at the bottom middle and found his defense was dismal, made up of zerglings and a few hydras, no sunken colonys.
I started to research stim and started to pump out many marines and medics. When I had 12 marines and 8 medics I sent them to his base - killing atleast twenty zerglings on the way, I went up his ramp, stimmed killing his main defense, I rallied into his group of drones, stimmed my 'rines taking out as many as possible, because I saw his seven lurkers morphing and knew I didn't have much time to do alot of damage, I stimmed again and depleted half of his Lair's health when he burrowed his cluster of lurkers shooting their spines at my infantry as they fled across the purple goo. I made them keep their position at his ramp while starting my expansion at the middle right section.
I brought reinforcements of two siege tanks, two Scvs, and an ample ammount of medics and infantry. Taking a small chance I moved my medics around blinding all of his overlords so he would have more diffuculty spotting my forces. I had my scvs build missile turrets around his base and watch his blinded overlords run into them. I sieged my tanks and comsatted his lair, stimmed my marines, and killed about four lurkers. I comsatted again and he unburrowed running his men away so they would not get flanked by my siege tanks, I stimmed my marines so they could blitz them before they burrowed but I was unsuccessful, and had to flee from them before they shuffled into the ground. While his lurkers were farther to the left of his base I managed to kill both of his hatcherys and kept pounding at his lair with my tanks. Getting desperate he attacked me with four freshly hatched hydralisks and sent two back to morph into lurkers. I comsatted then killed his remaining lurkers and noticed his two morphing eggs. I stimmed my marines and managed to destory both of them. At this point he left the game.
