Hi all and welcome to my first real BR, i finally got the images working, so enjoy.Now, to introduce you to the compeditors.......
Basic!:Spawned brown toss at 3 oclock.
IllGetDroped:Spawned brown toss at 3 oclock.
Kami_Bum:Spawned brown toss at 3 oclock.
Zeraan_Bartrack:Spawned brown toss at 3 oclock.
Part I(Early Builds and Shananigans'o'Plenty)
There off, all seem to be taking normal build orders, except for Basic! who is teching hard, but using probes to block his ramp. Noone becomes aware of this for some time.
Soon however, he gets a dt and sends it off to harass IllGetDroped's scvs, after finding a hole in IllGetDroped's wallin. However a hasitly erected turret silences the sneaky mofo.
Part II(The Rise and Fall of Basic!)
So there is now a period of uneventful exping and building.IllGetDroped rax floats to top right and adds some factories while making units.Kami_Bum takes his nat and min only while pumping a shitload of hydras.Zeraan_Bartrack takes his natural and begins work on a shuttle fleet while making units to fill em from his 2 gates.Basic! adds several more gates and takes his nat and min only while moving his large force into the middle to protect them.
Kami_Bum uses this opportunity to strike at Basic!'s fledgling min only and assaults his garrison with all his hydras. The results, are disasterous. Storm owns Kami_Bum hard and it is now apparent that Basic! is in command of the game.
But First a minimap update.....
With the situation firmly in his favour, Basic! decides to go a bitchslappin'....
Right into IllGetDroped's well defended main, Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to flavour country...........
As this is happening however, Zeraan_Bartrack sends in his fleet of shuttles, and unloads there deadly cargo in the middle of Basic!'s main. This could be remedied without much effect if it wasnt for the fact that at the same time, Kami_Bum has decided to renew his frontal assault on Basic!. With this combination, Basic! really had no chance......
And so IllGetDroped lucks out with micro as Basic! is distracted and survives the attack, Basic!, however does not, sad to say, he was top score anyway, when he left, that is.
Part III(And it dun' stop.......)
Seemingly unsatisfied with the crushing defeat of what remained of Zeraan_Bartrack's forces in the ruins of Basic!'s base, Kami_Bum mounts a stunning offensive of ultra/ling/dswarm on Zeraan_Bartrack's main.
Unfortunately for him, the same affliction that struck the late great Basic! now strikes him. With his forces away wrecking Zeraan_Bartrack's main, IllGetDroped mounts a massive marco driven offensive on him, so again, Zeraan_Bartrack survives, barely and Kami_Bum takes the dive however, unbeknownst to anyone, he sneaks off his ovies and a few drones to erect a base in bottom right island exp. This will later become a great half hour pain in the ass, for all parties involved.
With Almost all his enemies conquered, there is but one thing left to do before IllGetDroped can claim victory. Finnish wrecking Zeraan_Bartrack's main. He proceeds to do just that......
However, remember what i said about Kami_Bum? well, take a look at the minimap now, that shud help you get a grasp of the game still to come....
He has been busy as hell, and now has 3 bases and about 5 land pumping hatchs, he hastily makes a few dozen hydras and throws them at IllGetDroped's main. Unfortunately for him, tanks seem to own hydras pretty hard, and they dont last too long.
IllGetDroped however, responds shortly and within 10 minutes or so, he has rallied enough units to take down both land bases and has seiged up on the final island with a few bcs and tanks.
There is then yet another ten minutes or so of hide and go seek before Kami_Bum finally conceeds defeat and the game is over. I wont however report that, cuz its too gay. GG's too all the players it was a fun game to BR and too watch, cya online.
Part IV(Lessons Learned yadda..yadda..yadda...)
~Basic! got screwed in a 3v1 situation, if it werent for that, he wouldve owned all.
~Timing is everything in FFa's, it resulted in the deaths of kami and Basic
~if u make loud noises and chase a cat around, you will eventually learn every hiding spot your cat uses in your entire house.
~jpegs look like shit, especially when i do them
