Lifetime Rating for GhOsT~lizard: 5.4493 |  | Well anyways ever since I've rediscovered terran I've been hooked on them. After reading and rereading heartcutter's BRs and trying and use his techniques I think I'm finally getting the hang of terran:)
VITAL INFORMATION:

AlienScum:forgot his name so I'll call him Joe(zerg)
BATTLE COMMENCES:
Well I start our with my standard 8depot,10 rax build. Scout reveals that he's expanding early and making 2(TWO) hatcheries at his exp. I take the 7 marines I have and attack. Thats where I make the fatal mistake that caused me the game. Instead of going for his undefende main and taking out the pool and extractor I attacked his morphing sunkens, took out 3 before his lings hatched and killed me:(
COMSAT:
I comsat and see that he got lair and a spire along with queen's nest morphing. Fearing the mutas I quickly put up an ebay and make 2 turrets along with my early bunker to protect my peons.
OFFENSIVE BUNKER:
I take about a dozen M&Ms along with an scv and go to his mineral only exp, I make a bunker and 2 turrets. Back home I got a factory making tanx when I see something truly terrifying GUARDIANS!!!!!! NOOOO!!!! I know that the game's lost right there. I scrable to get wraths but only get 4 before he attacks with guard/dev combo. I say gg and quit.
Lessons Learned:
-Guardian rush is scary!
-My terran sucks!
-I'm a loser!
-I suck!
Stupid Mistakes:
-Not going for his main and taking out pool and extractor, that would've won me the game right there since I would delay his tech enough to do a good tank push on him. I feel like such an idiot and can't belive that I couldn't see that during the game. Oh well guess the action was too intense:) |
