1 vs. 1 two game series

Game 1: Lost Temple PGL
Players: InfestedChicken - random zerg - 12:00
(6th)Legion - chosen terran - (2:00 or 3:00 somewhere around there)

Chicken and Legion agreed to play a 1 v 1 and I asked if I could observe (my account AgitatedMonkey).

Legion decided that he was rusty with his terran, so he chose his race for this game.

Chicken scouted with his overlord and found Legion in the first area that he searched. Legion (Leg from now on) went depot on 8, 2 barracks on 9 and 10, then an engineering bay.

Chicken went with an extractor, then a spawning pool, then a second hatch, hydra den, and then upgraded to lair.

At this point, the InfestedChicken made the first offensive move with 6 lings to harass Leg's SCVs. They run up the ramp to find 3 barracks, two of which are training something or other, and a freshly made missle turret for detection. The lings kill the turrets, then the first two marines out of the barracks. The lings then destroy a depot and clear out almost all of the SCVs. A third marine pops out and kill a pair of the lings, the others tear the hapless redneck to shreds.

Chicken now has four lurker eggs on Leg's ramp, when the are finished, they run into the base, another turret gets finished and the zerglings take their attention away from the barracks and kill the turret. The lurkers rush in, finishing off the remaining depots and one baracks.

Legion runs his CC, eng. bay, and two raxes and heads northward, except for the bay, which slowly scouts the map. Legion unknowingly (<-- spelling there?) lands his barracks on the outskirts of Chickens main and begins training marines. A pack of hydras rip the barracks and the pair of new recruit marines to bits. Legion concedes and GG's are exchanged by the players.

I'll add the rematch game tomorrow, right now it's pretty late and I'm really tired. (who of thought that playing Badminton at 3:00 AM and then going to sleep at dawn would wear you out? Huh?)
