A long time ago,
In a Nohunters far, far away...

The Nohunters people were restless. And before long, an FFA was started on the map: Killing Fields. With nothing better to do, several of the bored
Nohunters regulars joined.
The background color of this image would've been the default SC blue, but I accidently clicked the 'Fill' tool, and I liked the way it looked, so I let it stay that way.

^Nuitari^ warped in his shimmering blue nexus in at the 12 o'clock position, and with a crackling hum the plasma shields came online.

Mista-Bobbinz's purple Command Center's thrusters burned away the surrounding foliage as it touched down at the 4 o'clock start location.

NoN-Wrath's brown Command Center slowly lowered to the ground, kicking up a huge dust cloud at the 9 o'clock position.

Epoch71's red Hatchery exploded from the ground as the vile Zerg seed germinated. The creep spread across the 5 o'clock area.

Marx.Karl's swirling warp node at the 7 o'clock position flashed, and when the glaring light was gone, an orange Nexus was in it's place.

^Nuitari^ started to warp in Dragoons out of his single Gateway, and had 2 of the ressurected warriors before he built a second Gateway. He took an expansion relatively early in the conflict to supplement his war machine.

Mista-Bobbinz appeared lazy as he created a single Barracks and a Bunker, then waited for enough Marines to fill the Bunker until building more.

NoN-Wrath's Terran town bustled with activity as he climbed swiftly up the tech tree, pausing only to build a Missile Turret and a Bunker in defense of his base. After creating a Machine Shop and a second Factory, he ordered the training of a soldier often neglected for his insolence and seeming worthlessness: the Vulture.

Epoch71's Zerg colony at first appeared to be idle, but soon exploded with growth. The Cerebrate also claimed an expansion very, very early to fuel the destructive Zerg swarm.

Marx.Karl's Protoss city grew at a steady pace as two Gateways were warped simultaneously, which created Zealots until a Cybernetics Core was created. The Gateways shifted production over to the mighty Dragoons while a third Gateway's warp was began.

Skirmishes in the homeland...

Several minor skimishes peppered the battleground; the first of which being when a scouting Overlord from Epoch71 flies over a recently created expansion town of NoN-Wrath's. The Terran base goes on full alert, and a single Marine is sent to deal with the problem. When the Marine reaches the hulking Overlord, it wastes no time pulling out his Impaler Gauss Rifle and opening fire on the hulking behemoth. The Overlord roars in pain as the razor-tipped bullets tear through its carapace, but it carries on, eventually escaping from the endless volleys of bullets from the Marine, although in bad shape.
Overlord: I feel like swiss cheese...Whatever that is.

The second of which is when one of Marx.Karl's Zealots, on a routine scouting mission, stumbles into the Zerg Cerebrate's main base. It charges towards the mining Drone's, and one of the Sunken Colonies built in defense of the base open's fire. Marx.Karl wisely orders his Zealot away from the Zerg base.
Zealot: That Sunken Colony thing ruined my boots! I WILL HAVE VENGEANCE!

Despite the minor run-ins Epoch71 has not been an idle Cerebrate; he has amassed a good sized army of Zerglings; morphed his Hatchery to mutate into a taller, more frightening Lair; Ordered the evolution of a Metabolic Boost for the Zerglings; and started the Mutation of a Queen's Nest.
Macro + Zerg = Thanks

Marx.Karl's army grows strong at 5 Dragoons and 2 Zealots, most likely the strongest army in the game. In his base, a swirling Warp Node pulls in a Citadel of Adun from Aiur.
This is probably the strongest mobile army currently in the game... Sad, that. Why would they build a Citadel in honor of the guy who disgraced the Conclave by letting the Dark Templar live?

^Nuitari^'s forces are no real threat to the rest of the factions on the battlefield, but his numerous Photon Cannons aiding his mobile forces can throw off most of the blows any of the current armies can throw.
Dogs make Dogpiles... Probes make Probepiles!

Although not very mobile, Mista-Bobbinz's army is strong enough to fend off any assault thrown at it. Also, the Commander has had a single Starport constructed.
This picture got a little crowded while I was editing it...

Meanwhile, in the Zerg base, the scouting Zealot that had discovered the base decides to go in and have another look... He never makes it back home, because a small team of speedy Zerglings are sent to deal with him. He dies swiftly under the fearsome claws of the Zerglings. Epoch71's Hive finishes completion, and he orders the Evolution of advanced Andrenal Glands for his Zergling legions.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN, THE BLOOD LOOKS FAKE?!Beware the claw...

Marx.Karl and ^Nuitari^ think alike, both contructing Templar Archives and Robotics Facilities. However, ^Nuitari^ appears to think faster, as he warps in the feared Protoss buildings before Marx.Karl.
The Templar Archives is perhaps the most feared building in Starcraft. Considering that Archive is a place where you put old stuff, that strikes me as rather pitiful.

Mista-Bobbinz's rising army is position precariously close to one of Epoch71's expansions.
Drone 1: Hey, I think I see something over there... Drone 2: Shut up, all the mining must have gone to your head.

And now for an interlude. You will find the restrooms down the hall and to the right.

And now, before the real action of the conflict begins, an overview:
1: Both Protoss Executors and Mista-Bobbinz begin the creation of expansion towns.
2: Epoch71 and Marx.Karl have gathered the two biggest armies on the battlefield.
3: Epoch71 constructs two Evolution Chambers to strengthen his legion of Zerglings.
4: Epoch71 sends out a party of Cracklings to scout the map, and they encounter ^Nuitari^'s forces. None of them survive.

The war begins...

You may have been wondering "Where the hell is all the action in this report, all it's been is a few tiny skirmishes and progress reports!". Well, this is when the action starts.

First out is Mista-Bobbinz, his mixed Goliath/Siege Tank army charging northwards to the ^Nuitari^ empire. However, through some stroke of luck, Epoch71 sends a massive wave of Cracklings into Mista-Bobbinz's base, ripping into the defense and taking out all of the Siege Tanks defending the base. However, the cracklings remaining from the battle with the tanks are not enough to kill a Firebat and three Marines in a bunker.
Who would've expected small, kind purple to strike out first?Kind of sad, that a wave of Cracklings only did this much damage...

The massive Goliath/Seige Tank army hits the first blue Protoss base in their path, and the Tanks Siege up as the Dragoons close in. The Goliaths and the Tanks open fire as one, ripping through the ranks of Dragoons, while the Dragoon plasma bolts fly through the air, blowing away most of the Goliaths.
Goliath + Siege Support > Dragoons

The Tanks move forward, then proceed to Siege. However, unbeknownst to them, a pair of Dark Templars slink in and begin cutting into the metal plating of the Tanks, taking down one or two of them.
There are wolves among the sheep... Those are some mighty big sheep...

A wave of Dragoons slide in to the side of the Sieging tanks, catching them off guard. Atleast half of the tanks are destroyed, although the few remaining Goliaths delay the Dragoon advance. Then, the Tanks open fire and the prospective outcome of the battle shifts into one of Mista-Bobbinz's liking.
The Tanks are caught with their pants down... And here was me thinking Tanks didn't wear pants.
It appears that the Tanks' pants are up.

The Dark Templar take out the Tanks softened by the Dragoons, but are swiftly eliminated when Mista-Bobbinz brings in a Science Vessel. However, the splash from the Arclite Siege Cannons rip away all but 1 Goliath and 1 Tank, and the remaining Dragoons march forward, joined by 2 High Templar. The Templar make short work of the remaining Terran forces by unleashing the raw cloud of Psionic Death that is Psi Storm. The Science Vessel flees for its life.
Not even pants can save you now.

Marx.Karl launches a huge offensive on Epoch71's most distant expansion. Epoch71 scrambles his Crackling army, but it is too late to save the expansion.
Orange sure has a powerful army.Oh well...

To let off some of the anger of losing his expansion, Epoch71 orders his Queens to Broodling several SCVs in the Purple main. The Broodlings, unopposed, begin to tear into the Machine Shop, and have it decently torn up before several Marines arrive and eliminate the threat.
They were doing fine until the Marines showed up.

Mista-Bobbinz moves out towards ^Nuitari^ once more. ComSat scans reveal 2 Dragoons standing watch. The Tanks move into range and Siege up, and both Dragoons are blown away in 1 volley.
March... HEY! Why are you facing backwards?!I wonder what that blue soup tastes like...

The Dragoon-killing Tanks unsiege and move out, while the remains of the Protoss forces that stopped the first Purple onslaught pull back, knowing they are no match for this kind of power.
Ok, siege up and move out! And lets hope that a great wave of Cracklings doesn't come out of the south and rip through our base!

Mista-Bobbinz's tanks move towards ^Nuitari^'s base, however ^Nuitari^'s forces left from the last conflict, including 2 High Templar, manage to catch them off guard and run in. The Dragoons, open fire on the Tanks, who fire off a round each before beginning to Siege. Then, the Templar come into play. 4 Psi Storms in rapid succession blow away all the Siege Tanks and their small Goliath support in a matter of moments. However, a poor, innocent Observer is caught in one of the storms and explodes into many tiny pieces before it can escape.
Looks stormy out today...

Epoch71, happy with the results of the last Broodling raid, but not satisfied because he left a job unfinished, moves in and Broodlings some more units, which in turn kill the last nearby defenders and set to work on the Machine Shop. The Machine Shop begins to burn down and a brand new Siege Tank slides out of the Factory and blows away the two frail Broodlings. However, mere minutes later, the Machine Shop crumbles to the ground, charred and worthless. Meanwhile, Epoch increases his production from 4 Hatcheries, to 10, allowing him to gather a massive Crackling army with ease.
You'd think he'd be smart enough to repair...
This is a sign of things to come

Now is when probably the most bad-mannered tactic of all time starts to be employed. 2 of ^Nuitari^'s Dark Archons move over to Wrath's base, and Mind Control an SCV near an outlying Supply Depot.
This is when the bad-manner stuff begins.

This image pretty much speaks for itself. Epoch71 poured his entire army, hundreds and hundreds of Cracklings through Mista-Bobbinz's main. Nothing was left, leaving Mista-Bobbinz with only his expansion to get by on.
This is what I call: The Collage of 'Boom'

Epoch71, feeling good from his effortless destruction of Mista-Bobbinz's main, sends a scouting party of about 12 Cracklings ahead to see what ^Nuitari^ was up to. They never made it past the bridge, thanks to Psi Storm.
The wave of triumph ceases

Mista-Bobbinz claims vengeance by using his last remaining forces to destroy Epoch71's last functioning expansion, cutting off Epoch71's last resource inflow.
This = Carnage

And to make things even worse, the grand army of Marx.Karl closes in on Epoch71's main. The meager forces there cannot stop the onslaught, and the Cracklings that destroyed Mista-Bobbinz's main are busy engaging ^Nuitari^'s forces, which were moving southwards. Epoch71 manages to hide several of the Drones left at his base. From this point on Epoch71 had no real effect on the game.
Fall from power
Fall from power

Marx.Karl's forces destroyed all his buildings but 2 Hatcheries and a Queens Nest (Mista-Bobbinz's last remaining forces had attacked Marx.Karl's main). Epoch71 unburrowed some of his Drones and used it to create a Spawning Pool while producing Queens. Epoch71 created a small group of Cracklings and dropped it on Mista-Bobbinz's last base, his expansion. The 8 Cracklings quickly destroyed the small defenses their, then cleaned out the rest of the base. Marx.Karl's army returned to finish the job, and Epoch71 managed to evacuate a single Drone to the ruins of Mista-Bobbinz's main, and morphed a Hatchery while several Cracklings traded their lives for time by engaging Marx.Karl's army. The HATCHERY finished, and in time Mista-Bobbinz floated his remaining buildings over to the site of Epoch71's last building and Mista-Bobbinz's final base, forming the 'Loser's Corner'. For the rest of the game, Epoch71 and Mista-Bobbinz listened to the chat going between the 3 remaining players of the game (It was FFA game type, no Shared Vision)

End Game

After destroying an ill-fated last-resort expansion of Epoch71's, ^Nuitari^ managed to obtain a single Drone, from which he started to build up a Zerg legion, which would greatly aid his war efforts later in the battle.
The Bad-mannerness continues...

^Nuitari^ is not alone; while crushing Epoch's main, Marx.Karl mind-controlled a Drone, and has used it to start the construction of an immense number of ravenous Zerglings to aid his already sizeable Dragoon/Zealot army.
MORE BAD-MANNERISMS!

NoN-Wrath's forces have not seen much activity throughtout the conflict, and this is where he makes the other sides aware of him. A single cloaked Ghost wanders through ^Nuitari^'s main base. He pauses, then trains his rifle on one of the Gateways. Klaxons ring out as a Nuclear Missile leaves its silo. A Science Vessel floats over the Ghost, and a small missile streaks out, unleashing an EMP Shockwave across the Protoss buildings. The Ghost looks up as the Nuke he called forth plummets from the sky, smashing into the unshielded Protoss buildings, severely damaging all of them.

This is gonna sting...
Yep, it stung...
A lone High Templar traveling with a pack of Dragoons hears the blast and runs back to their base, finding many of their comrades dead, and their city burning. The High Templar's eyes shift from yellow to read, and he unleases his wrath in the form of a mighty Psionic Storm. He takes joy out of seeing the Ghost's innards splatter across the landscape as the Psionic Storm rips him apart.
He did his job well, and will be missed...

Meanwhile, in the far Northern corners, ^Nuitari^ is building up a huge army of races not of his own. The other Protoss executor has began to do the same thing, but on a smaller scale...
It's so Bad-Manner it burns...

And now for a minimap:
The three remaining factions in the battle have relatively equal sizes, but the balance of power is uneven.
This is where I should rave about Bad-mannerness.

^Nuitari^ attacks NoN-Wrath with his mighty Battlecruiser fleet. The massive laser batteries pound down on the brown buildings before NoN-Wrath dispatches a taskforce of Goliaths to deal with the problem. The Goliath's shoulderplates open and volleys of missiles streak forth, smashing into the great Terran warships. The Battlecruisers know that they are no match, and retreat, suffering some casualties.
Boooooom!

The blue Dark Archon slid across the calm earth, another of his kind next to him. His escort of Dragoons plodded along rather silently for their size. As they approached the border of the Terran NoN-Wrath's base, the Dark Archon sensed a disturbance in the ground nearby. He swiftly turned to see a Terran spider mine pop up from the ground, followed by atleast a half-dozen more. At the same time, he felt a twisting sensation as an EMP Shockwave seared away his shields and casting energy. His last sight was the of the Dragoon fire blasting away in vain at the tiny mine rushing towards him...
Mines + EMP > Protoss

NoN-Wrath, fearing a second assault, orders some Goliaths to move up and guard his choke point from future attacks. Few mines remain from the last assault, so the Commander is nervous. Meanwhile, ^Nuitari^ orders a large group of Dragoons and Dark Templar to attack.
Revenge is sweet

1: Plasma bolts and armor-shredding bullets cut through the air and their targets with equal ease. The Terran Commander and the Protoss Executor watch nervously over their satellite feeds, barking orders to individual units. The battle's outcome is unpredictable. 2: The battle shifts into the favor of ^Nuitari^ as the brave Dragoon warriors cooperate and focus their deadly Plasma bolts on single targets, ripping through the ranks of the Terrans. The Dark Templar move in and with their darker-than-dark Warp Blades finish off softened targets.
3: A small missile streaks from a Science Vessel high above, unleashing an EMP shockwave on the Protoss army, ripping away their shields. The Scinece Vessel moves forward, revealing the Dark Templar to the Goliaths, who quickly deal with them, then move on to the heavily weakened Dragoons. The battle quickly slips into favor of NoN-Wrath. The Protoss forces are soon completely wiped out.
4: As the last of ^Nuitari^'s courageous troops fall, their reinforcements arrive. The mixed force of Dragoons and High Templar easily rip apart the weakened Terran ranks. The Science Vessel hovering nearby quickly retreats.

^Nuitari^'s Dragoon soldiers move in for the kill, rushing to take revenge for their fallen comrades. But the few Spider Mines remaining pop out of the ground, and before they can be stopped, rush towards the enraged Protoss soldiers, blowing holes in the ranks. Arclite Siege Cannon fire rains down on the Protoss soldiers, blowing atleast half of them away. The guns in the windows of the Bunkers ignite the moment the few remaining Dragoons move into range, easily tearing apart their armored cases and shredding the tattered Protoss body and life support within.
I wonder where all the blue goo goes when it dissapears.

^Nuitari^'s Battlecruiser fleet returns to NoN-Wrath's base, their numbers greatly reinforced. Their laser batteries pound away at the weakened defenses relentlessly, and soon the Battlecruisers are left only with the job of demolition. Meanwhile in the Protoss base, a Ghost in brown armor calls down a Nuke on the Protoss base. The High Templars and Dragoons scamper around frantically in search of the Ghost, but it is too late. The Nukes plummet from the sky, ripping into the Protoss buildings and shredding apart the fresh Protoss units.
Haven't seen that much burnt stuff since last night's dinner...

A blue High Templar frantically unleashes a Psionic Storm where he saw a ripple. The Ghost that nuked the base manages to escape the Psionic fury, but his comrade, who had been moving around to distract the Protoss, was not so lucky. The nuker Ghost watches in disbelief as his comrade explodes, and his vision turns red with rage. He opens fire upon the High Templar that doomed his friend. The Templar runs, and the Dragoons try to protect him while the other High Templar call down more Psionic fury to combat the invisible enemy. But the Protoss are unable to save the Templar, and his essence evaporates into the air. The Ghost calmly walks into an obscure corner of the Protoss base and awaits further orders.
Owies

Meanwhile, Marx.Karl has accumulated a MASSIVE army of Dragoons and Templars, with an equal number of Cracklings to augment the powerful force.
Cracklings + Dragoons = PAIN

Marx.Karl is not alone. ^Nuitari^ has also been gathering a powerful ground army, on top of his mighty Battlecruiser fleet.
PH34R

^Nuitari^'s Battlecruiser fleet, finished with NoN-Wrath's turn to the south, and advance. They soon stumble across one of Marx.Karl's expansions, and it falls swiftly under the burning wall of laser fire.
I can't think of anything even remotely funny to put here.

NoN-Wrath, with very little to his name, digs into his stored mineral reserve to construct a huge defensive network of Missile Turrets.
This give new meaning to the word 'turtle'

Angered from the loss of his expansion, Marx.Karl orders his army to push northwards, to destroy anything and everything they find. The marching Protoss warriors soon reach the choke point of ^Nuitari^'s base, and break into a run. The hungery Zerglings charge forth, ripping into the Dragoons guarding the base. From behind the blue ranks, a ball of Psionic energy flies forth and explodes into a burning mass of Psionic death. The Cracklings fall easily, and soon it is a battle of Dragoon vs Dragoon, Templar vs Templar. And in this battle, Marx.Karl, does not emerge victorious.
We all saw this one coming

After quickly rebuilding a smaller army, Marx.Karl sends his troops on the offensive once more, ripping into ^Nuitari^'s expansion. The Protoss buildings are no match for the deadly Plasma bolts combined with the shredding claws of the Cracklings, and the expansion falls. The Orange soldiers quickly charge to another blue expansion town to the Northwest, and there, the two great armies of Marx.Karl and ^Nuitari^ meet, one last time.
Orange attacks again

Psionic lightning ripped into the Protoss ranks of both sides, killing countless warriors. Blue Plasma Bolts flew through the air, exploding against flesh and armor alike. Cracklings raced towards the forces of ^Nuitari^ and cut into the armor of the Dragoons and High Templar alike, only to be vanquished by Psionic Storm. The battle raged on for a good amount of time before only 1 of Marx.Karl's Dragoons remained on the battlefield, with ^Nuitari^'s forces reduced to blue puddles mixing with the red puddles of the Zerglings. The Dragoon opened fire on the blue Nexus, but barely got past the shields before several Queens, stolen from Epoch71 fly in and hurl a tiny cluster at the brave warrior. The cluster hits the Dragoon and burrows in, germinating a pair of tiny creatures inside the tattered Protoss form. The tiny creatures swiftly grow and eat their way out of the Protoss's chest, killing him. The battle ended, with no true forces remaining on either side.
At one point an orange Dark Archon Mind Controlled a Blue Dark Archon and they both ran away.

Intent on doing that much more damage to ^Nuitari^, Marx.Karl sends his last remaining forces, a large group of Cracklings, at ^Nuitari^'s last mining expansion. The super-Zerglings charged into the base and began ripping through the Probes there, who didn't stand a chance. Then suddenly, a Psionic Storm erupted over the battlefield, and all of the Cracklings met a horrible fate as their insides were blown apart by the burning blue electricity.
Psi Storm > All

^Nuitari^ orders his Battlecruisers to destroy Marx.Karl's base. To make a long story short, they obey their orders flawlessly.
You will be missed, Orange...

Aftermath

With Marx.Karl's destruction, only the Protoss Executor ^Nuitari^ and the Terran Commander NoN-Wrath remained in the game. Then, ^Nuitari^ set out to finish what he had started with NoN-Wrath.

^Nuitari^'s massive Battlecruiser fleet closed in on NoN-Wrath's main, which was not as tightly defended as the base directly above it (Which has about 50 Missile Turrets). A single Observer gave targetting data to a pack of Dragoons, who opened fire on the Turrets, there blue Plasma bolt blowing away the armor on the frail anti-air structures.
Does anyone else think this seems a bit one-sided?

^Nuitari^'s Battlecruiser fleet ripped through NoN-Wrath's main base effortlessly, destroying the cloaked Wraith fleet that came to stop them without any trouble, thanks to a nearby Observer.
Poor brown...

Meanwhile, a massive fleet of Guardians closed in on the Missile Turrets in NoN-Wrath's secondary base, easily outranging the defending Turrets. The Guardians opened fire, spewing burning acid at the outranged Missile Turrets. Atleast a third of the Turrets are gone before a defender arrives. A single cloaked Wraith flies in and begins unloading its powerful missiles into the crablike bodies of the Guardians. The courageous Wraith manages to down several of the floating monstrosities before it is lured into range of the Dragoons and their Observer. The Guardians continued to pound away at the Missile Turrets, unopposed. when most of the Turrets were gone, the Battlecruiser fleet came out of the south from the ruined brown main base and helped finish the job.
That has got to sting...

But, NoN-Wrath had yet to surrender. He had secretly hidden a Science Facility that had escaped from his first main (Razed by the BattleCruiser fleet). ^Nuitari^ knew his job was done, that he had won the day, and let the Terran live that much longer.
That was unexpected.

NoN-Wrath, with a two Wraiths, set off to destroy the two remaining players, Epoch71 and Mista-Bobbinz. Cloaking his Wraith, he eliminated the last buildings of Mista-Bobbinz with ease, then went after Epoch71. Epoch71, knowing the the Overmind would not tolerate his failure, did what any honorable Cerebrate would do.

What happened next...

NoN-Wrath sat back in his seat and wiped his forehead. It was a hot day on the Killing Fields, and the Science Facility had taken a shot into the coolant tank. And the thrusters keeping the facility off the ground didn't help either.

"I made it," He thought to himself. Then, the klaxons went off. NoN-Wrath quickly looked at the monitor and his eyes widened in horror...

A giant Protoss warship exited warpspace directly in orbit of the planet, and shifted alignment to face the planet. A great blue light appears at the prow of the ship as the massive energy cannon comes to life....
