"Private Taylor remarked 'Deon, you was one of my homies. I will mourn you until I join you.' With that, he proceeded to pour a 40oz bottle of Old English malt liquor onto the spot of the now defunct expansion."

The Place:  A small island region just south
of the lost temple, it's know as the 'isles of death' in some places, but
it is more commonly known as Dire Straights.

The armies:  Three very distinct groups.

One group was the zerg hive, run by the cerebrate Wisest~Yoda.
He was commanding the orange troops in the top left position

.

Another group was run by an exiled protoss executor, know only to our
sources as 'Xq' they we're stationed as the 'teal' color, starting
with 4 probes and a nexus in the top right starting location.

And the last group was also of the protoss race, unfortunately the poor
sole was somehow warped away from the battle-field midway through. This
commander was Annie47.

The three groups immedatlelty started there mining
operations by efficiently sending there drones/probes to a mineral patch,
which was much, much more efficient than what I was doing,
which involved murdering  my own SCV's while lifting off to hide my
cc from hostile takeovers ( note, I actually considered giving it to the
zerg player when I almost  had to leave =] ) Wisest~Yoda started out
with a quick gas, which led me to believe in either a 2 lair hydra drop,
or more possibly, a lurker drop on me to prevent t me from watching this
game. The executor commanding the teal colored probes known as Xq got a
really quick shuttle, after a pylon-gateway-cybercore-gas pylon-pylon robo
fac build order, I think he actually had the shuttle before the zerg lair
had completed. Annie47 however appeared to be going for a build order that
depended on Wisest~Yoda going for a mutalisk rush, or for trying to kill
overlords as the come out at the main zerg hive cluster.

Around now, annie built a robo facility, and was
scouting with her first corsair

I don't think they we're serious, but everyone started
talking about map hackers, and I ended up saying this.

Before long we stopped and annie sent a shuttle over to
where I was originally stationed, the shuttle happened to have one of the
robotics probes in it, and it promptly killed my only remaining SCV when
it landed. Since it had no friends left (that bastard SCV killed them all!)
not a person was around to shred a tear for poor old' bob, and I frankly
didn't care...

Right after Annie's 5th or sixth probe there had warped
in she was warped back to Auir, and out of the game.

(she also made me lose 5 screen shots!!!!!)

During this time Wisest~Yoda had sent an un-speedy overlord
with a drone down to the expansion just below his base, where he created
a hatchery and abandoned until his main base was mined out. When his overlords
became faster he sent 5 overlords over to Xq's main and promptly dropped
20 hydras, (with NO zergling support, god, people think hydras are ALL
you need) Since he didn't send zerglings to kill buildings faster he ended
up dropping 12 more hydras, then 12 more, and then, once again, 12 more.
he finally razed the base with 3 hydralisks remaining.

During the time that zerg was attacking teal, he wasn't building drones
at his expansion, which probably ended up costing him the game due to lack
of resources, and teal had expanded to 2 different locations (as seen on
the mini map)

The zerg commander was very furious about this and immediately
morhped his Spire into a greater spire, and following that morphed 5 mutalisks
into guardians, and sent them to the base that he figured most of Xq's
production was going on at ( 6 idle templar just waiting for him.
In total, the guardians killed about 3 probes before about 7 storms we're
used to kill them off ( Wisest~Yoda has the best unit placement
I have ever seen in a zerg. Unfortunately he wasn't using queens, so he
was punished by templar.

Since this attack failed, and knowing that Yoda must be
running low on minerals, teal did the most un-expected thing possible.
He built 6 star gates and made carriers. That's right, you hear me CARRIERS

You may notice that I'm pointing out how much ass carriers
suck versus hydralisks. Unfortunately for Yoda he only has 2 hatcheries
at his main, and only 7 drones working at his expansion, which is defended
by 3 scourge (where did the 4th go?????)

When I was very pissed, I actually
considered building another SCV and attacking Xq with it, but SCVS being
imbalance and all, I decided NOT to. And also I was to pissed.

Zerg's two remaining bases fell, meeting ridiculously little resistance
from an attack of 3 hydras, 1 defiler, and 8 zerglings, Yoda casted 2 dark
swarms, and those we're the only spells he casted the ENTIRE game. Unfortunately
for him he casted his first dark swarm where the hydralisks USED to be,
and the other over the cannons, that killed the zerglings trying to get
under neath it.

This concluded the game. And I won, even though I was suicidal with
my SCV's and my only command center spent more than 37 minutes of the game
actually FLYING in the air. The Final Stats are at the bottom.

Lessons Learned, or that SHOULD be learned.

Never make a hatchery at an expansion site and never abuse it, Yoda
only made 7 drones and 4 scourge out of that hatchery the entire time it
was there.

Never give up, when Yoda took down Xq's main I didn't notice that he
had expanded 2 more times, and thus saw his future looking grim.

Cast dark swarm in a place that your units can get to on time, before
they are dead that is.

Even if you are disconnected, and warped back to Auir, you CAN still
lose expansions.

I LOVE my new screen capturing program, it was lagging the game just
a wee bit, but it took exactly 1 picture every 10 seconds, which is REALLY
cool.
