Me, terran, 9:00

I started out with an 8th scv Rax, 9th scv depot, 11th scv rax order. I followed by building a 3rd rax and more scvs, extremely slow to gas, which was my doom right there, so early in the game.
We scouted out toss seeing an early forge, heading to DTs. Terran opponent (both these guys were good, as everyone seems to be in nohunters) with 1-2 rax, early gas (siege tanks, vultures, dropships, wraiths to be exact, as I had to find out later.. the bad way).
I had a buttload of marines fast, but with siege mode already, they were useless against the terran. I decided to send them to their deaths as an annoyance.. but dts killed them, and somehow i saw no warning at all! WTF? that made me mad, i'd like to know my guys are dying damnit.
Then a drop from the terran came onto me.. the southern spot, where I had NOTHING to defend with.. I had completely forgotten about it.. well not, actually, but I had just made an engineering bay cuz of DTs.. the drop had a tank, vulture, and 2 (maybe) marines.. i countered it with a spare group of marines or so.
I got 2 factories around here, not even knowing what the hell to build exactly. I knew I was dead as soon as found the 2 opponents teching early. If only I had just sent an early 6 marines as a welcome... but nooo.. In between there there was one spot of wraith harassment at the end of the drop, which i guess stopped with marines/comsat.
A while later a ton of zealots/DTs with a few goons went up my undefended ramp and razed my base.. and that was it. I died.
Well, you wasted your time reading this. I s'pose you figured that out yourself though. Give this report a 0!! Ok, I'm going to quit playing BW now.. For people with skill it's easy, but I don't have any.. and I play games for fun, and I'm not havin any fun losing constantly, so I will put up BW for good. I know you don't care, but I need something to do, so I wrote this "battle report".
If you are good at BW and win occaisonally, consider yourself lucky, you got your money's worth.. there are some people that didn't.. seems like I'm the only one though. |
