Dear Ma,
Life is tough in the 34th infantry squadron. Recently intelligence reports indicated that for the 1,000,000th time a Protoss base (under the command of General
[CeE]storm) has started to be constructed on the Lost Temple. And for the 1,000,000th we, in turn, have decided to stop them. General ChronO has been sent to lead me and my fellow troops to complete and absolute victory… or something along those lines. Our Command Center landed at the 9:00 position in the Lost Temple Sector, and immediately started producing SCVs. The tenth SCV that was produced that day was ordered to begin constructing a refinery for gas mining. General ChronO also ordered a few SCVs to build a supply depot and barrack wall in at the choke of our base. And then General ChronO ordered an SCV to begin scouting. Dang! Can you believe all the attention these stupid SCVs get? Never liked those dumb robot-humans. All they do is run around and pick their noses. Anyway, so far I’m the only marine that has been produced from the barracks. Not much is going on, at one point a Protoss probe showed up, but I chased it away. Haha, must have been one of those smart probes to know not to mess with me, I would of blown it to bits if I had the chance. After this war I’ll come home to visit you.
Sincerely, Bruno

Dear Ma,
You know that probe I talked to you about in my last letter? You know, the “smart one”. It turns out that I didn’t really scare it away, it just went over to the small patch of land below the ramp in our base and made a pylon. At first we didn’t know the probe was doing this, but when our Scout SCV returned home (with two zealots on his tail) after scouting the Protoss base (12:00 position) we saw the pylon. The worst part was when the probe started to morph in a cannon. I tried to go down myself (along with a few newly created marines) to stop the cannon from completing, but it was too late. The two zealots that had chased the SCV were guarding the cannon while it was being built, stopping my friends and I from killing the cannon. We retreated back to base immediately. General ChronO quickly began constructing two factories and a starport to possibly help fight off this new threat. The probe then made another cannon to compliment the first cannon that was being built, this cannon was even closer to our choke and made me feel very uneasy. Once the cannons were complete those two f**** zealots started attacking our supply depots at the choke. The cannons, with the zealots showing them where the supply depots were, then started firing at the depots as well. I called in for some SCV repairmen to save our supply depots. The SCVs quickly arrived and began repairs. I, and some other marines fired furiously at the zealot invaders to attempt to stop them from breaking in.

We were soon able to scare the zealots, causing them to retreat, saving the choke from being taken over. The cannons, without zealots to show them the supply depots, stopped firing. At that very same moment two siege tanks arrived from our factories complete with the latest state-of-the-art siege technology. The tanks sieged and fired at the cannons destroying them. Boy Ma you should have seen it! It was just like a fire works display, except this time Protoss zealots and cannons were the fireworks. I’ve included a picture of the attack in this letter I have sent you, and I hope you enjoy it. Tell little Becky that if she’s good I’ll bring her back a Zealot head!
Sincerely, Bruno

Dear Ma,
Today was a proud day for the Terran Army. After the Protoss cannon attack, General ChronO ordered the construction of two vultures from our factories, and a dropship from our starport. Haha, the Protoss freaks didn’t see it coming, General ChronO had our dropship drop two vultures right into the heart of the Protoss mineral line. The attack was spectacular. The vultures laid down a few spider mines to fight off any difficult Protoss units, and then began killing probes. The probes retaliated by killing one of the vultures, and attempting to assassinate the other. Fortunately, General ChronO was more than prepared for the probe resistance, and did some fancy footwork to stop the probes from killing his last vulture. Whenever the probes got near the vulture, he’d order his dropship to pick up the vulture and drop it in a different location to kill the probes. Eventually two dragoons came and killed the dropship and vulture. The dragoons were than killed by the spider mines that were earlier planted. All in all, intelligence has reported that the attack definitely qualifies as successful. After the attack General ChronO built two more factories, turrets around his command center, tanks, and another dropship.

For the next drop, two tanks were loaded and ordered to head towards the Protoss base. Unfortunately cannons had been built near the Protoss Nexus, stopping the tanks from landing in the probe mining location. The dropships were ordered to change coarse to the lower patch of land near the probe-gas-mining-location (there’s a picture enclosed in the letter) and ordered to fire at the assimilator. We were able to destroy the assimilator, but no further damage was done due to a dragoon attack on the tanks that blasted them apart. In the mean time, another command center was made and flown to the top right island expansion. Take care Ma!
Sincerely, Bruno

Dear Ma,
Today we did another spectacular drop. General ChronO had recently built an armory, enabling us to construct goliaths. I have been promoted to drive one of these babies, and can’t wait to kill some Protoss Runts. Back to what I was saying, General ChronO ordered his dropships to carry some goliaths, tanks, and SCVs , then to go to the upper land mass near General
[CeE]storm’s natural expansion. The tanks fired at the Nexus and probes, but General [CeE]storm was quick to react, and ordered some templars to storm the attacking force, as well as a shuttle to drop some zealots onto the plateau. The zealots tore up our goliaths, tanks, and SCVs quickly, ending the attack. I’m lucky that I was not one of the goliaths that had to participate the attack, it was a massacre for us! Worst off all, the Protoss Nexus at the natural was not destroyed, making the attack a complete failure. During this time we decided to expand to our own natural. When we were moving our troops over to the natural, a Protoss counter attack force came and tried to stop us from expanding. Our vultures, goliaths, and tanks fought bravely against General
[CeE]storm’s dragoons, zealots, and templars. Many of my fellow goliaths were killed, as well as all of our vultures. I for one survived the onslaught and killed a great deal of those Protoss Scumbags! You would have been very proud of me Ma if you were there. In the end, we turned out victorious, and fortified our newly gained natural. I’ve included a picture of the attack for you; I think you will like it!
Sincerely, Bruno

Dear Ma,
The Terran Army has had its great, as well as bad days. Today, was one of those bad days for the Terran Army. Intelligence had reported that there was a small band of Protoss units near the lost temple. Our General, ChronO, decided to send some goliaths (fortunately not me) and tanks to kill of the band of Protoss units. But Ma, it was an ambush! The moment the tanks sieged and the goliaths got into position, zealots ran in from two sides towards our small army. Looking at the transmissions from the tanks, our men were greatly outnumbered. It was a massacre for us, many tanks and goliaths were destroyed. A picture was taken during the battle; I’ve sent it to you Ma so you can remember these brave men. See you soon.
Sincerely, Bruno

Dear Ma,
From all the different foods I have eaten, I would have to say that revenge is the sweetest. Today was the day we struck back at General
[CeE]storm, and made him pay for his attacks on our men. You see, after the terrible defeat I described in my last letter, the Protoss forces decided to counter attack. Yet, we were prepared for such action, and had tanks and goliaths waiting at the entrance of our base for the Protoss forces. We massacred the attackers with our powerful weaponry. General ChronO decided that this was the best time to counter attack, and ordered our troops to head towards the Protoss mineral only. General ChronO hoped that once arriving at the expansion we could siege our tanks there, and fire at the main Protoss base above. Once arriving at the mineral only we were surprised to see that the Protoss had expanded there, yet this didn’t slow down our attack and General ChronO ordered us to quickly siege our tanks and blast the base to smithereens. We destroyed the mineral only expansion, then got our tanks ready to attack the Protoss main. We were able to get some dropships to fly some goliaths onto the main base to kill some more buildings, and provide a line of sight for the tanks. The attack was beautiful; we were able to destroy the Protoss cybernetics core, some pylons, and a gateway. The attack ended when an army of dragoons showed up and killed our attack force, but the damage had been done and we were victorious.
Sincerely, Bruno

Dear Ma,
Great news Ma, our men, under the command of General ChronO have destroyed the Protoss forces! After our attack on the Protoss base I described to you in my last letter, General ChronO decided it was about time we win this war. He moved all of our troops to the middle of the map, and constructed turrets to fortify the position. We then sent goliaths to search for any hidden expansions. We found a small Protoss base at the 3:00 position which we quickly destroyed with some goliaths. Simultaneously, we also sent goliaths (including me) over to the Protoss natural. We destroyed the natural with ease, encountering little resistance. We then got all of our goliaths together and had them charge up the ramp to the base! We destroyed every last unit and building in that base, making this truly a proud day for the Terran Army! Along with this letter, I’ve sent a picture of the battle I just described to you. Now that this war is finally over I am able to come home. See you soon!
Sincerely, Bruno
